When i opened my eyes again i was still in the same isolated room, but my point of view was different. My head was almost touching the ceiling.
When i looked down the first thing i noticed were some clothes floating in the blood.
I see...so that's what happened.
My body was destroyed and i was now imprisoned in the body of the God of Blood. I had an uncomfortable feeling of being covered by hot blood and the sudden absence of lungs and heart because of the gaping hole. I couldn't breathe and it was horrible, but atleast having an extra arm and eye wasn't that uncomfortable, the spines and the tail however, were pretty weird.
I tried to move but the chains restricted my movements. The ninth one which was the only one that wasn't damaged was now full of cracks, it looked like even a kid could break it but no matter how much i tried i simply couldn't.
I refused to accept this. I wanted to believe that this was nothing but a nightmare, a byproduct of my tired mind. I don't know how much time i spend in that state, whether it was just a few hours or several weeks, i couldn't know, i was losing my mind slowly while being surrounded by blood.
I screamed and raged many times, the sound came out even if i didn't had a mouth. I wanted to cry but this body wouldn't allow it, i tried to kill myself, rip my throat out with my claws thinking it would wake me up from this nightmare but the chains only allowed me small movements and i couldn't reach.
The simple act of looking at my hands send me into disarray, i couldn't tolerate the loss of my body but most importantly, i couldn't accept that i had become a monster. I was in constant agony because of the feeling of suffocation coming from the absence of lungs, even though this body didn't need to breath my mind wasn't in sync with my body.
It was a horrible experience and without anything to entertain my mind, i felt my sanity slowly drifting away. Leaving aside my denial, the human mind can't tolerate having nothing to do, and if you had isolated imprisonment and body dysmorphia to that, you have the perfect example of mind shattering torture.
After all of that i couldn't do anything but accept it, this wasn't a nightmare, there is no way a human mind could replicate such suffering in a dream. Surprisingly once i accepted the fact that i had become Seerackt it wasn't as agonizing as it was before, it didn't took long before i got used to the feeling of suffocation and the stress from the body dysmorphia was reduced.
Still, the problem of not being able to do anything remained, so i tried to remember everything i could about the God of Blood.
Seerackt is a secret boss in the game called Tower of the end. The tower itself contains one hundred floors and a multitude of bosses and gods, Seerackt resides in the 60th floor and can only be fought if you fulfill quite a lot of requirements, he isn't the strongest boss but he is definitely the hardest fight.
In the lore which i helped write, Seerackt is revered as the God of Blood but also as the dark god of life, and one of its main abilities as such is the [Monster Creation].
Even if the player won't normally encounter the god, it will fight it's minions, a lot of them. The monsters created by Seerackt can be encountered through almost all floors beneath the 60th floor. Among them, the most common one is the [Winged Eye].
Winged eye is a monster which literally floods some of the lower floors. They're appearance is that of an eye eerily similar to Seerackt eyes but with a pair of tattered bat-like wings, they are weak and won't grant much experience to the player but they can drop some useful items. They're purpose is very obvious, they are drones for the blood god, his eyes in the outside world.
Decided, i tried to used the monster creation ability but failed miserably. Even if tried i couldn't get a hand on it's powers, i needed time to train, and if i had something was time.
I don't know how long it took me to finally grasp it but it most have been weeks. Thanks to my knowledge of the game it was easier to understand the power of blood. I could feel that dark power inside me every time i concentrated, and it focused on the gaping hole in my chest.
By focusing on said hole and expanding that feeling outside i was able to finally use it's powers. I concentrated the blood flowing out of my body into the palm of my hand, accumulating in the shape of a sphere which began taking form slowly.
It didn't took long before wings sprung from the sphere and it quickly turned into an eye. I could see everything the winged eye could see as if i was looking through a camera.
The eye flapped its wings to maintain airborne and i cherished the new sound. I quickly send it through the door and into the outside world.
"Fly little one and showed me the outside, I'm sick of this damned room"
