Chapter 6 - Chapter 6:My new life

The giant golem stared at me with its deep red and empty eyes. It then turned to my parents and the monk. "If word of this gets out about what you have seen, I will kill all of you and every other person you have told! I swear it!" She said her voice boomed shaking the very foundation of the temple! She summoned a giant battle axe that immediately lit up in bright blue flames.

"Hey don't do that!!" I commanded and the Golem calmed down. "As you wish my Lord!" She said and knelt on one knee to show me respect. It was awkward to say the least.

"I have vowed to serve you in every way I can my Lord. Even if it means eliminating your loved ones!" She said and her aura darkened to the point that my parents were quaking!

"There will be elimination of anyone unless I order it!" I announced my voice crumbling on itself out of fear. "Yes Ofcourse!" She said calmly while in the same position.

"What is your name?" I asked and she looked at me blankly. "I don't have one." She said and I sighed. "You have to name your Gurdian, after all they are just souls of mythical creatures who have chosen to serve you." The monk explained and I looked back at the giant gurdian standibg before me.

"But she doesn't have the soul of one." I said and she looked at me, or at least her head tilting towards me showed it. Her body looked to be made of copper and steel. Pretty basic material compared to what my mum's gurdian is made of.

Hers is made of Chronite, third strongest metal in this world, resistant to damage from magic and high level weaponry. I guess mine needs to level up in order for her material to increase in value as well.

'I wish her face wasn't just a deep void of energy flaring all over her head.' I thought to myself. "As you wish my lord." She said and her face started shifting. "I didn't wish for anything!"

"I am able to read your mental needs as long as it's associated with me." She said and her make over was complete.

Her face was more defined, she gave herself a beautiful and gentle visage, Long braided hair soon took form which under close inspection were just a bunch of copper cables rolled up together to look like the real thing.

Her eyes turned a deep but captivating shade of blue, her smile seemed all too familiar. I couldn't believe it, she looked exactly like her!

I held back my tears and I looked back at her. "Do I look more beautiful now my Lord?" She inquired and I wiped away my tears. "You were beautiful even before the change, Aurelia." I said and she looked shocked then smiled. "I like that name." She said and she immediately started pixelating into nothing until she turned into a a steel and cooler sphere with complex rings around it and a blue flame at the center.

"I believe I am less conspicuous now my lord?"

"That's one way of putting it." I said feeling exhausted. "Your aura was red before, why is it blue now?" My mum inquired from the floating sphere. "They represent my emotions. Red means I am in combat and purge mode, blue means everything is alright and as for the rest… we are yet to discover as we move on.

"Alright do you at least have your powers?" My mum inquired and I held out my hands. "Here goes nothing!" I said and out of the blue a tornado of flames engulfed me. It was so ferocious that it seemed to push everyone with in its range aside!

The flames were a dirty grey and orange! They didn't feel natural! They felt chaotic!

"What is happening!?" My mother inquired. "Lord Marcus seems to be trapped in those flames!" Aurelia announced and my father walked further forward without stressing over the force or the heat from the flames.

"Sir Edmund this fire is over 900 degrees Centigrade, I suggest you keep your distance." Aurelia warned and my father chuckled. "There is no amount of heat that can keep me from my son!" He said and stood tall regardless of how hot the flames were.

"Why can't he turn them off!?" The monk inquired. "Because, they aren't his." My mother concluded as she used a rune to sheild everyone from the ever rising heat.

"What the hell is happening!?" I yelled only for my voice to be silenced by the raging inferno that surrounded me. "No one will hear you, it's just you and me child." A deep voice spoke from within the flames and a giant arm grabbed me by the neck.

"It's good to see that the Those Primordials haven't stopped sending harmonics my way. That means I get to have a good meal out of you just like ALL THE REST!!" He spoke and laughed in my face as he strangled me with his giant hands with claws so sharp that they could cut through anything.

He pulled me close, my weak body trying to escape his grip. He had his claws digging into my neck. Blood trickled down like a river mask I slowly felt myself fade only to refuse to give into him.

"What do you want?" I asked. "Simple, I want to kill you." He said and chuckled maniacally as the flames around us grew exponentially!

'Is this really the end of me? Is this really the end of my new life?' I thought to myself as my eyes shut. "But I don't think I will do it just yet."
