Serena was speechless. It felt ambiguous when the room was filled with silence. Not a single word came out of their respective lips. Benjamin was too busy with his thoughts, and so was Serena. She began to be overwhelmed with anxiety when she saw that Benjamin seemed to show no interest in her at all. This made Serena overthink. She was afraid that this would be bad for her, especially since she did not know what punishment Jolie would give her.
On the other hand, Benjamin shook his head vigorously. He really wanted to stop thinking about Morina who looked so much like the girl he met in the park a few years ago. Benjamin tried to convince himself that Morina was not that woman.
