While Ethan was supervising the shelter construction and at the same time receiving the ordered items and materials,
Almost thirty-five days passed,
Ethan was standing outside the villa area, looking at the materials and items are being transferred and stored inside the shelter,
"Little Master Ethan, Master Walter is waiting for you at the farmhouse." Suddenly a maid appeared from behind and informed him,
Ethan raised his brow, turned, and glanced at her, nodded, and then walked toward the farmhouse located a little away in the south of the villa area.
From the distance, he saw a helicopter parked in the helipad in the middle of the ground.
'It seems people from imperial shelters are here; they are already five days late. Anyway, not everything goes according to plan.'
Ethan thought to himself, and his expression became solemn.
After reaching the villa, he saw his grandfather Walter and granny Gale standing near the house entrance, with two officers in military uniform behind them.
"Ethan, come here; they are here to take us away." Grandfather Earl spoke, looking at Ethan with a muddy expression on his face; these days his health condition worsened after recalling that he would be separated from his grandson again.
"Little Ethan, you can leave with your grandfather; it doesn't matter if there are only two quotas. I will stay behind as I am already old; your survival is more important."
Granny Gale also spoke with red eyes and a persuasive expression on her face.
Ethan glanced at his grandfather and the old lady's expression; he could feel their kindness toward him and then sighed sadly in his heart, but he didn't show anything on his face, and a forced smile materialized on his lips.
"Grandpa and Granny Gale, don't worry; I will be okay. I just don't want to leave any of you here and run away to save my life; your safety is more important for me. Also, don't worry about me; I am young, and I can fight the world. Please don't be sad; it's affecting your health."
Ethan spoke assuringly, looking at them with a confident expression on his face; both of them fell silent after hearing Ethan's assurance, and then their shoulders trembled.
While Granny Gale grabbed her mouth and tears flowed out from her pupils looking at him with red eyes,
"You will come with us; similarly, we can't leave you alone here."
At this moment, Grandfather couldn't endure it and spoke stubbornly and then turned his head away.
Ethan didn't say anything, walked forward, and hugged them one by one. Also, he gave the officers in military uniform behind them an eye gesture.
Both officers nodded, understanding the meaning of his gaze, and then walked forward, instantly inserting the needles in his grandfather's and granny's necks.
Both were startled when they heard Ethan's last sentence before their vision blurred slowly.
"Grandpa and Granny sleep well; next time you wake up, you will see me years later."
Ethan spoke, looking at them, and then caught their falling bodies. He then glanced at both officers and added,
"Please take them away. Thank you for your help. I didn't want them to part in sadness; excessive sadness is not good for their heart."
Hearing Ethan's words, both officers saluted with admiration and spoke, "No need to explain, sir; don't worry, they will be safe inside the shelter."
Ethan nodded and helped them transfer the unconscious grandfather and granny to the helicopter along with their important documents and items; he left the baggage they prepared for him.
After seeing the helicopter flying away,
Ethan turned and glanced at the maid standing beside the villa door with a sad expression.
"Go send every staff member in this villa back to their home and tell them to stay with your families for a month,"
After ordering her, he turned around and walked toward the villa area where workers are transferring items and materials inside the shelter.
"Yes, little master,"
The maid glanced at his back, nodded, and replied, and then hurriedly walked inside the farmhouse in order to complete his order.
After a while, the whole villa area became empty without any maids or gardeners; even the door guards were sent away by Ethan after paying everyone a large sum of money, as it will become useless in the end.
Ethan returned to the open area near the construction site and grabbed his phone and ordered, "Star, tell me the status of the virus."
"Master, it's bad news; almost the whole ocean turned green. Also, it's not just affecting the ocean; the whole environment and lifecycle of the planet are collapsing."
Star flickered on his phone screen, and images appeared in front of him, showing the large shadows of birds and beasts in the ocean and at coastal areas around the world.
There are some images of humanoid monsters with green, obese bodies and ugly pus covering their whole physique. They were human living in coastal areas, but these pictures are still secret.
"Imperial control over networks in this world is really huge; if they don't want to show you something, then you won't know, even if it's happening in your neighborhood."
Ethan felt a chill looking at everything happening in the world; if he wasn't a third-generation rich or didn't have the synthesis talent, then his result would be the same as those living in a dream.
"This virus is evolving everything upon contact; the ocean is now its main source. Fortunately, there is no sign of it spreading through the air for now."
Star then further explained the virus properties.
Ethan shook his head and replied, "What's the difference between affecting the ocean and affecting through the air? The ocean is the main source of life on this planet; just the process of annihilation will slow down because it can't spread through the air. Saliva and blood also contain water."
Star flickered on the screen and then fell silent after hearing his words, then it flashed and disappeared, leaving behind a comment.
"Master, please secure yourself; only a few days are remaining. The virus will reach this city anytime according to the current affecting speed and ratio."
Ethan nodded and muttered slowly, only he could hear his voice, "Who will wait for a few days? I will secure myself directly upon shelter completion."
