"Mom, Mom, I'm gonna be a father soon." Christian rushed into his mother's room with bright eyes.
Claudeen looked his way, "A father? Really son?" She stood up.
"Yeah. Mom Annie's carrying my child." He grinned.
"Annie? You mean that girl I always see you with?"
He nodded happily, "Yeah mom."
She eyed him angrily and scoffed, "You mean a village girl is the one carrying your child? Goodness Christian, what's wrong with you?!"
He creased his brows in confusion, "what are you talking about?" His smile disappeared.
"My grandchild is not gonna come from a commoner!" She fired.
"Why are you talking about Annie like this? What has she done to you Mom?" He asked pained.
"You're such a fool! How can you not think about something for just once? Do your brains just sit in your god-damned head?!"
