"Hey, why do you think they are gathering near our table?" Leon asks his friend in a quiet voice. His friend looks at him with a strange expression and sighs.
He points at Yesha and explains.
"She regards you as one of her greatest money-making machines; you might not know this, but many of the top rankers that I had sparred against know you, and those of them that had experienced your massage only say praise towards you."
He then points at the nun.
"You remember when you told me that you managed to make young master Pure enter enlightenment? She wants to know if the rumours are true."
Blake stands up from his seat; he practically screams.
"You managed to make one of the Aces enter the state of enlightenment!?"
He just shakes his head.
"That is false; I did not do such a thing. Brother Pure is just too talented; it is no surprise that he will enter the state of enlightenment."
One of the monks suddenly speaks.
"What you have said might be believable if not for the fact that even the other monks that were nearby that had heard your words also entered the state of enlightenment."
Everyone then turns to Leon; their eyes widen in shock. His friend grabs him and starts shaking him.
"What the actual hell!? Why did you not tell me about this!?"
"I do not know those monks! Why should I talk about them!?" Being shaken so aggressively, even he cannot help but feel dizzy.
Indifference speaks.
"I wish to invite young master Oriend to come with me in my humble abode."
'I cannot let the Golden Monks obtain him! ' Realising just how valuable Leon is, Yesha immediately appears in Indifference's spot.
"I think my friend here does not want to come with someone as bald as you!" Even if the stakes are against her, she will not back down.
Leon suddenly cuts them off. He asks a question unrelated to the current topic.
"Hey! Do any of you know which forbidden ground contains yin energy and produces yin stones?"
Indifference frowns; she knows all of the forbidden grounds, but she is unaware of which ones contain your energy.
"As expected, you are useless to him!" Mocks Yesha.
She turns to him and says,.
"The Nightmare Valley, other than creatures that need or improve by absorbing your energy, not many enter that location."
He quickly thanks her, his expression changes to solemnity, he bows in a certain direction, and he greets.
"Greeting teacher, it is a pleasure to see you today."
Everyone turns in the direction where he is bowing but does not see anyone. When they turn back to him, both he and Aranold are no longer there.
Yesha starts laughing; she knows what he did, and she knows that he might be the only one who is courageous enough to fool two Aces and a couple of top rankers.
"He dares to trick Lady Indifference!?" roars one of the monks, but Indifference raises her hand and looks at Yesha.
She says.
"I sense a malicious intent coming from you; my temple member seems to have triggered some sort of happiness from you; it seems that his attitude will only make Young Master Oriend avoid our group."
Yesha clicks her tongue and leaves. The only reason she is there is to tempt Leon into borrowing her reputation against the room that they are going to fight in, but it seems that her plan failed spectacularly. But for her, this trip is not wasted; she managed to learn that her treasure is also valuable for the Golden Monks.
Meanwhile, in one of the hallways, Leon is panting heavily; he is on one knee, trying to prevent himself from throwing up.
In order to get away from the tense situation, he had to use his entire strength to run away, and together with Dragon Flight, he managed to get far enough before the two could realise that he had escaped.
"That was a great plan! Rather than being sandwiched between two Aces, we should just escape!" His friend praises him excitedly.
He even raises his thumb and winks at him.
"Enough of that *Pant* We should *Deep Breath* We should to the Nightmare Valley; time is of the essence. I know that with our strength, we should not worry about the upcoming fight but we should prepare to solve the problem in your bloodline," he says with a tired expression.
"You are right, you do not need to worry; stay inside our room; I will be the one preparing for everything; you already have done so much for me; I should at least do this." Aranold slaps his chest with a serious expression.
"No, Yesha knows where our room is; I should stay in the library for now. I think reading about the Nightmare Valley is extremely important," he casually states.
Okay, when everyone is ready, I will go to the library." Aranold waves goodbye to his friend, leaving the former still panting from overworking himself.
His decision not to return to their room is a smart one. Yesha and Indifference once again meet each other, but this time they are standing just in front of his room.
"Cold bxtch, why are you here?" Yesha's aura rises abruptly; she is fully prepared to fight her rival right now.
"I am not here for you, practitioner Yesha; I am here for Young Master Oriend. I am confident with our race's offer; we will definitely have him.
Yesha just chuckles, "I can give him something that you are unable to."
She lifts her bountiful chest proudly, her mocking gaze bore through Indifference.
In the library, Leon is walking towards a familiar spot. The books around him are the ones that he has been repeatedly reading, which interest him greatly.
"Hmm, you have returned once again." A woman with a beautiful face is sitting behind a desk; she is responsible for most stuff in the library.
