Chapter 31 - CHAPTER 29 THE SCENE INSIDE THE ROOM

Returning back to the room, Aranold finally snaps out of his reverie. He was sweating bullets, and he cannot believe that he dares to take a look at someone from the top hundred rankers of their academy lustfully.

He looks at Leon and slaps his chest before promising him, "My friend! If the yin stone truly prevents me from going back to the Red Moon establishment, I will train hard and grow stronger to be your guard! I will not refuse any of your requests henceforth."

Leon shakes his head. "I did not help you for that reason; I helped you because you did not take advantage of the fact that I have some gaps in my memories."

The two smile before going back to their training. With the yin stone hanging in his neck, Aranold realises that his training speed has increased exponentially; something within him is trying to burst out but is calmed down by the yin stone.

The feedback of the power is then sent back to his entire body, making him grow stronger. He is dumbfounded by this, and joy then erupts in his heart as he laughs out loud, still in a state of ecstasy from discovering such a huge gift.

Meanwhile, Leon is taken by surprise when he feels the rate of his improvement in training the dragon-tiger body manual. He closes his eyes and imagines the image of a dragon and a tiger. He crouches, strikes, punches, kicks, jumps, and spins.

He does not know that his body is actually moving this way; he still has his eyes closed, not knowing that his state is one of the most desired states for any practitioner. Unfortunately, due to the varying species and races, no one truly has a concrete image of the ancient techniques discovered in the ruins or inside the Realm of the Thousand Worlds.

He continues this type of movement; if it were anyone in his shoes and current physical body, they would have been screaming in pain, as the set of strange movements that he is doing is actually tempering every part of his body with every breath and action.

*Creak* *Crack* *Freak* His bones are cracking due to the pressure, but he is unaware of this for two reasons: his hidden talent [overwork] and the system's interference.

Roar! A tiger roar rings inside the room, startling the other three. Aranold turns to his friend, and his eyes widen, as do the other two.

A giant white tiger phantom is now floating above Leon, and with every movement that he makes, the tiger will also move in a rhythmic manner.

He suddenly changes his actions; he stomps his foot, and a roar once again rings throughout the entire room. This time, it was different; the first one carries sharpness, wisdom, and pride; this time, it exudes an aura of power, destruction, and strength.

A long dragon appears besides the tiger, and the two are just floating above Leon. At first, the two were inactive, but as he continued with his training, they started moving, slowly but surely, and they were actually fusing with each other.

He opens his eyes, and the two finally fuse into one being. A tiger with a dragon whisker, wings, and tails appears; it roars, causing the other three people in the room to be stunned before falling down on their buttocks, startled by the phenomenon that they are seeing.

The phantom then changes into a dragon with tiger paws and a tiger sign on its head; its back has stripes that indicate it is no longer a pure dragon.

The sounds of bones rearranging themselves can be heard. Leon's body then starts to exude black goo, causing the room to become smelly.

"F*ck! That was some nice workout; this is the first time that I have trained in this technique and not felt pain that seeped through my soul." Leon mumbles to himself, stretching his body with a carefree expression.

"Uhm, Cleo, what just happened?" Aranold was unable to hold himself back and immediately asks this question once he is certain that his friend has snapped out of his earlier mood.

"Happened? What do you mean? Wasn't I just training? Is human training still new to you guys?" He asks in a confused manner. Seeing his expression and sincere eyes, the three feel strange.

"I have seen many humans train, but this is the first time that I have seen something that unique." The triclops speaks, but unfortunately for him, Leon ignores him.

Seeing this, the former frowns; he then shouts, "You dare ignore me!?"

Leon is very defiant; as long as his life is not in any danger, he does not mind being beaten up, and he cleans his ear nonchalantly, not caring about his raging roommate.

The triclops cannot hold himself after seeing such disregard; he stands up, only to be blocked by Aranold. The latter knows that he is no match, but after what happened today, he will not mind fighting for his friend, even knowing that it is a losing battle.

"What the f*ck is that smell!?" Suddenly, the tension inside the room disperses with a loud cry. They see Leon vomiting from the awful smell.

"Cleo, I think that it is your body; why don't you look at it?" Hearing this, Leon looks at his body and is horrified to see black goo all over him.

"F*ck!" He curses loudly before taking off his training clothes, not caring if his roommates see his naked body. The sensation that the black goo gives out is extremely uncomfortable; not only does it smell incredibly awful, he is also assaulted by different types of feelings.

"I forgot, you have a problem regarding your memories, room, open bath." Seeing his friend trying to clean himself by hand, Aranold cannot help but cover his face; he can only open the location of the bathroom.

Leon flashes him a grateful look before running towards the bathroom, shaking his head. Aranold commands the room to clean up the black goo that his friend left behind.
