Author's Pov
Myra did as instructed by Alexander Yates, her father, and head of the states. She stopped the car as directed by her father and agreed by Sebastian. However, her mind was in a terrible state of chaos.
What happens if Seb is exposed to the public and fails to recognize her as his younger and only sister? She knew the pain of being on Seb's bad side and she never wanted to walk in those shoes.
"Are you sure about this Seb?" She asked worried and for the third time, Seb nodded. Myra opened the door ready to present Seb to the men in black present. Amongst them was Sentron, the man feared by the entire state.
The man who could sense a bullet from a far distance, the man whose skills exceeded all other skills. For some reason, even Seb feared the dude almost in his forties but a badass.
Seb had tried his level best to bribe and be in favor of him but the man was just some other disaster. He was only loyal to the state affairs keeper and that was all.
"Where's Seb?" Seb in his disguised form heard his voice. He knew he had to do something otherwise that would be his downfall. He had to change his voice completely.
Opening the door, his right foot stepped out. "Who is Seb? Have you been cheating on me all this while sweetheart?" He asked trying to get some sense in Myra. Anyone who saw his general body outline could recognize him. He wouldn't allow that to happen.
"Seb is my elder brother, my love, I was supposed to bring him here but he's just too bright for childish games," Myra said and Seb returned his foot closing the door. Opening the window, he smiled at the men in black and continued to read his newspaper.
"Where did Seb disappear off to?" He could hear Sentron's voice and he smiled taking off his eyeglasses as Myra took her driver's seat and smirked driving off. She wondered what kind of a brother Sebastian was.
"By the way, why are you alone without a bunch of bodyguards behind you?" Seb asked and she smiled devilishly.
"Check behind us." She said and Seb turned. Wtf was wrong with rich families? So much money to waste. Seb was ever certain that one person was enough as a guard and according to him, he needed no security as no one in the entire state recognized him.
"Don't push Father so far, he's the ruler of this state remember? He can do whatever he wants to ensure he has you under him." Seb smirked swallowing hard.
According to him, his father was not in a position to advise him. Myra was too young to understand anything, she was too young to know that goddamn house was not her real home.
Seb clenched his fists tightly forcing himself to smile everything out. Myra was not his real sister he knew about that. But what hurt him the most was the injustice Myra's mother underwent.
According to everyone, Quan's family was terrible and to be feared but according to his point of view, his father was to blame for everything.
Every single injustice was his fault. His father was equally the reason why he turned his life useless and messy. How could he be identified as a murderer's son? He witnessed several scenes of bloodshed when his father fought for the presidential seat.
He saw the signpost displayed on the road. (/SPEED LIMIT1 40Km/hr) Seb smiled triumphantly.
Drive at 160 km/hr take a left turn, and let's play a little game here. All he wanted to see was if the men would stick to the rules.
"Hell no way Seb, don't turn me into this. I am not a lawbreaker you know. Plus you want to kill the both of us?" Myra complained seeing the speed was so much and she was having trouble overtaking other vehicles but for some reason, she didn't know either, it was fun to see people's reactions.
"Enough, I think we lost them completely," Seb said manipulating his phone and something caught his attention.
He zoomed into the picture and his heart shattered yet again. A naked body was sent to him, he could recognize the dead body, with the exact love marks left behind on Myra's mother's dead body.
That showed the woman was sexually assaulted before she met her demise. Once again that was his father's doing. Holding his phone tightly in his hand Seb finally made up his mind.
He was going to confront his father no matter what happened. "Let's just go home, Myra." He said with his soft and caring voice. All he wanted was to protect Myra from the harsh truth.
He wondered why Alexander Yates decided to adopt her and make her his. Was it because his mom could produce no more for him?
A black luxurious limousine stopped at the huge presidential statehouse, a place highly guarded. Seb walked in lighting his cigar while he maintained a calm composure.
"Where's the brain of the states? Ruler of our nation." Said Seb sarcastically and Omi the battler smirked.
"He's been looking for you," Seb smirked walking majestically towards his father's study. With a single palm on the screen, the door was opened revealing his father's bright smile.
Meanwhile in Alexander's mind was Chaos. Would he buy the state's idea to transform his son's life for future leadership? What if the worst happens? What if he overlooked everything and his son never changed?
All Alexander didn't know was the fact that his son had a grudge against him. He didn't know he was the full reason for his son's terrible behavior and negative attitude toward him. Sadly, Seb respected no one, not even his mother.
"You said you wanted to visit Morocco and I also heard something like Paris?" Alexander asked pretending to be busy. Seb mused trying hard to prevent himself from showing off his happiness.
He thought of Morocco, how badly he wanted to be there, how he wanted to meet the first woman who captured his heart. Seb wondered whether or not Amera thought of him as he always did.
"That's not a bad idea." He said completely forgetting his reasons to visit his father.
