It had been a week since they locked Presley in her room. At first she got frustrated and banged at the door but eventually stopped when no one listened to her. She didn't even hear from Euan at all. She wondered what the little half was doing, she was even disgusted at herself for already liking a boy who was really sassy to her.
She didn't get any visit from Esmira which made everything vex her. She was really going to lose her reason anytime soon.
She kept saying she wanted to go out but all she ever heard was
"Mr.Ze'ev told us to lock you up until he arrives" by the way, they didn't have any idea of when he would be coming back. She could be in there for weeks or months or even…years.
She wanted to hit them in the face every time they uttered that.
How dare Ze'ev treat her like this. He said he wasn't going to imprison her. Newsflash—that's exactly what he was doing!
She'd been in there for a week and she was already tired of sitting on the same sofa, sleeping on the same bed, showering in the same bath room. Everyday she would wake up from her nightmares and grumble in frustration.
When was this going to end
She swore that if he came back she would hit him.
She walked to the door and knocked lightly. She knew they were there—Rogue and Loïc. They stayed there Incase she needed anything. She noticed they got a little tired during day time but tried as much as possible to be alert.
"Do you need anything, your highness" came a gruff whisper from rogue.
"I am bored, would any of you like to play a board game with me" she suggested and they both glanced at their selves in unison. If they were yearning for an untimely death then yes, they would go into Ze'ev wife bedroom and play with her—in their bedroom. That doesn't seem like something Ze'ev would approve, did it?
"No"
"No"
They both spoke in unison and she opened her lips to speak but nothing came out of it so she just heaved an heavy sigh and left the door to sit on the sofa she was sick and tired of.
Was there really nothing for her to do, she had never been this bored in her entire life. At least, back at home she would be with her phone right now or probably reading a boo-
That's right books!
She could read books!
Why didn't she think of that!
Before any of the 'incidents' occurred, Presley drowned her self in the world of romance and fantasy novels. She loved it so much.
When was the last time she read a book?
She ran to the door and knocked again
"Can I visit a library, or do you have one in the mansion?" They both stared at their selves again. What should they do? Ze'ev had warned them not to let her out even if she whines and nags. But she was really making herself look pitiful right now. Poor princess, she should have just obeyed Ze'ev. "I don't know your highness, he really warned us not to let you out" Loïc spoke
"He doesn't have to know" he's Ze'ev, that dude knows everything, they didn't know how he always ended up knowing. Even if he didn't know now, he would know like five hours later and they would be the ones bearing the consequences.
"Yeah, unless you want us to get killed by morning" rogue's voice was serious. Presley pressed her lips tight
"Call him, ask if I can visit a library with you guys…please, I'm sick of being a prisoner for a week..pleasee" Loïc thought really hard and before he knew it he was already sympathising with her.
"Fine…" he spoke
"Thank you"
"…call him rogue" he ordered and rogue gave him a look of displease.
"Hell no, you call him aren't you the one sympathising with the princess…what have I got to do with it"
"Common dude, you really can't do this to me. I've called him two times while he was at work. He's gonna kill me if I make a third call"
"Not doing it" rogue stood his will. Ze'ev was a load of work, if he called now he would be on his blacklist of people he would nag when he got home. Loïc was obviously part of the blacklist, if he made the call he wasn't going to be affected by it.
Presley stood there while they argued on who was going to make the call.
Really? They were this annoyed by Ze'ev?
"Can I make the call?" She finally spoke butting into their conversation
"No"
"No"
They Instantly replied like it was a forbidden option.
"Fine I'll make the stupid call but I swear-"
"Yeah yeah thanks" Loïc grinned.
One ring
Two rin-
That was fast
"The princess wants to know if she can visit the library with us" he spoke first knowing he didn't like people who wasted his time. Rogue wasn't like Loïc, yes he did fear Ze'ev at some point but didn't stammer like Loïc when he spoke to Ze'ev.
"Let her" Ze'ev replied, signing some documents in his office while grimacing.
"I should?"
"It's been a week she been locked in there, she needs fresh air. But once you're back lock her in for another week" he hung up.
