As the day begun and the sun started to rise to it's full glory, I was already at school dragging my feet like limitless weights were attached to them. Even with the sun just rising I wouldn't even be able to notice it especially knowing I'll experience it plenty more times. Yes, this is the very beginning of the school year and my very first year in high school, although I'd much rather be at home watching my favorite anime or reading manga with my favorite snacks.

Although, there was a sense of excitement and some expectations. After all, it isn't uncommon to have a first kiss at the very first day of school right? Or so I thought. As I looked around, so much was so different compared to what I was used to. The school had four three story buildings and other smaller buildings which were offices for the teachers and a gym plus a large feild that stretched at the school's side. What struck me most was the school's very own gym which was the largest individual building in the school, there was never a gym in my past school so I was rather excited to attend class there.

I had more than enough time to do a look around be more familiar with the place, after all the last thing I'd want to do is be late for my very first class in high school. Surprisingly, I ended up being late for my first class. I rushed from class to class with very visible worry on my face while awkwardly asking fellow students for directions, what was most difficult was asking seniors for directions while stammering my words through each conversations.

Finally I had found my class while only being a few minutes late. Thankfully, the teacher was understanding of my intrusion of the lesson and pointed me to my seat. As I took my seat, I was met by wondering eyes and not so quiet murmurs as my welcome. Out of the whole class, one person caught my eyes. I'd describe the encounter as infatuation as it's best, I cute girl with an alluring smile and looks that would attract any guy.
