The blade swung towards Inquisitor Ardian Kennedy's neck, his head rolling on the ground. The Royal Army, frozen in shock and horror, beheld the gruesome sight before them.
"H-how is he still alive!" Royal knight A.
"Inquisitor!" Holy knight A.
"Bastard, I will kill you!" Holy knight B.
The Royal Army and the Holy Knights are sad and angry now that their leader has been killed, but there is still one person left, Priest Samuel.
Priest Samuel, realizing the gravity of the situation, swiftly relayed the command to the remaining soldiers.
"Soldiers, retreat! Inform His Majesty and His Holiness about the dire events transpiring in the forest. Go, with all haste!" Priest Samuel urged, his voice carrying the weight of the fallen.
The Royal Army, shaken but resolute, began their retreat, leaving behind the chaotic battlefield where Inquisitor Ardian Kennedy had met a brutal end.
Ren, standing amidst the aftermath, grinned wickedly. "Run, filthy insect. Your leaders couldn't protect you, and now, you're all alone."
Priest Samuel, his gaze unwavering, faced Ren with defiance. "You may have struck down our leaders, but the Light will prevail. Your chaos will not endure."
Ren chuckled, amused by the priest's resilience. "We'll see about that, old man."
He starts attacking the Royal Army who retreat from the battlefield, slaughtering them with ruthless efficiency.
"Run, I will stop him." Priest Samuel stepped forward to confront Ren.
Priest Samuel drew his sword, a silver blade engraved with holy symbols. He chanted a prayer, invoking the power of the Light to bless his weapon and shield him from harm.
Ren sneered. "It's meaningless, just accept your fate." He swings his sword with all his might.
Priest Samuel dodged and parried, using his agility and faith to avoid the deadly blows. He closed the distance, hoping to strike Ren with his sword.
Ren laughed, his voice echoing in the forest. He blocked the sword, creating a shower of sparks. He kicked the priest in the chest, sending him flying back.
Priest Samuel coughed, feeling blood in his mouth. He got up, refusing to give up. He raised his sword, ready to charge again.
Ren shook his head, his expression bored. "Honestly, if all of you hadn't invaded my fiefdom, none of this would have happened."
Priest Samuel gasped. he was known that he would be outmatched. he looked around, hoping to find a way out.
Ren smiled, He raised his sword, ready to deliver the final blow.
Priest Samuel closes his eyes and accepts his death. Ren give him a quick death by giving him a powerful blow to the head.
The chaotic battlefield now lay silent, stained with the blood of fallen warriors. The Royal Army's retreat had left Priest Samuel as the last line of defense against Ren's onslaught.

"Tsk they already left, meh whatever, now where that divine artifact."
Ren, standing amidst the aftermath of the chaotic battlefield, surveyed the scene for any remnants of the fallen. His eyes were drawn to the place where Inquisitor Ardian Kennedy's lifeless body lay, and he approached it with a mix of curiosity and greed.
As Ren examined the fallen Inquisitor, he noticed the spear of light, the divine artifact that had channeled the power of the Eternal Light. The weapon glowed with residual divine energy, a testament to its formidable capabilities.
"Ah, the spoils of victory," Ren muttered, reaching down to pick up the radiant spear.
As his fingers closed around the hilt, he felt a surge of power coursing through him.
"This is indeed a powerful weapon, but I don't need it. What I need is the Divine Shard to increase my resurrection skill."
He tries to dismantle the weapon just to get the Divine Shard.
Ren, utilizing his chaotic energy, began the process of dismantling the spear of light. The divine artifact, crafted with the essence of the Eternal Light, resisted the chaotic influence, but Ren's determination prevailed.
Cracks formed along the surface of the radiant spear, and with a final burst of chaotic energy, it shattered. In its wake, a Divine Shard, infused with the remnants of the Eternal Light, materialized.

"Hahaha now I finally can revive my citizen and my soldier."
Suddenly, a voice echoes in his mind, his alter ego telling him to give him a vessel so he can have his own body. "Hey, don't forget your promise."
Ren, feeling the insidious presence of his alter ego, frowned. The voice echoed in his mind, a constant reminder of the pact he had made.
"Of course, I remember our deal, don't worry about it." Ren muttered.

"Damn what a powerful skill."
"Of course, I remember our deal, don't worry about it." Ren muttered,
"That means my clone will have his own cloning ability and a damn resurrection ability, that is too powerful."
Ren asks his alter ego. "How do I transfer you to the clone?"
"Aren't you part of my soul?"
The alter ego replied, "Yes, I am a fragment of your soul, but I am also part of the will of the world, and the cloning process will automatically transfer me to the clone when you die."
"Now your resurrection technique has no restriction, which means you will resurrect as long as you have some chaotic energy left to resurrect, enough talking, use this cloning technique already."
"Alright, chill man, let me use this technique first."
Ren, following his alter ego's guidance, focused on activating the Clone skill. Channeling his chaotic energy, he initiated the creation of an inert duplicate.
As Ren channeled his chaotic energy, a surge of power enveloped him. A moment later, a perfect duplicate of himself materialized beside him.
"Now what?" He felt a strange connection to the duplicate, as if he was looking at himself in a mirror.
"You have to die first, remember?" The alter ego said.
"Man, are you telling me to kill myself." Ren exclaimed.
"Otherwise?" The alter ego replies.
"Hah... I never thought I would do something like this." Ren sighs, taking his sword and pointing it at his heart.
"Stab!"
"Fuck it hurts."
The sword pierced through Ren's heart, and a searing pain engulfed him. His vision blurred, and the world seemed to spin as he felt the life draining out of him.
[HP: 0/1500] (HP Regen 40/second.) (Status: Dead)

[Resurrection activated]
"Finally, I'm free!" The alter ego exclaimed, as he felt a surge of vitality and power in his new body. He looked at Ren's original body and saw that his soul was still there. He grinned, and said, "Hey, wake up, dude."
"Haaah, fuck, that hurt like a bitch." Ren groaned, sitting up and realizing that he was still in his original body.
"Now what should I call you? Gareth Miller?"
The alter ego smirked, "Nah, that name doesn't suit me. Call me Zephyr."
"Zephyr? Really?" Ren raised an eyebrow.
"Yep, Zephyr. It has a nice ring to it, don't you think?" The alter ego chuckled.
"Nope, I will call you Gareth Miller." Ren refuse call him Zephyr.
Gareth Miller chuckled "Fine. Gareth Miller it is."
"Now you and I will rule the Barony of Oscana together."
"Here is the plan, after this battle I will change Oscana Barony to Oscana Principality, our subject will call me Lord Ren and you as Lord Gareth Miller.
"Second, we will get our independence from Verdant Glades Kingdom."
"Third, we will make our religion, both of us will become God of Chaos, and they will call us Twin God."
"Fourth, destroy every religion and conquer every kingdom, republic, horde, clan, sect or any world order to replace you as the will of the world."
