While the other monkeys threw their rocks, the leader jumped out of the tree, its mouth open as it screeched, fangs bared, its amber eyes going red.
Thwack
Thwack
Thwack
A thick tentacle had appeared from David's neck, hidden under his cloak and wrapped itself around his head, his dark eyes peering through a tiny gap.
David let his knees buckle, pretending to fall to the ground, Fisher Monkeys were cautious, and wouldn't engage unless they were certain.
Seeing David fall, the leader threw itself at David, the sharp bone spear aiming for his throat. Following him, the others jumped at him, their tiny hands clawing towards his feet.
Slice
David spun around, low to the ground, his sword slicing through the monkeys attacking his feet.
Blood sprayed through the air, and David's blade spun again, killing even more.
