"Bruce...."
A strong arm wrapped around her waist and pulled her forward, not giving her any time to react.
The man's fragrance was strong as he kissed her. He started to suck her both lips gently. His right hand moved to the lower side of her head to hold her steady while his left hand was holding her tightly at her lower back.
This time something happened that surprised him. Evily too was kissing him back, unlike before, when only he kissed and she just kept still without moving and letting him kiss her. She too was sucking his lips. Both were in sync.
This response from her was unexpected for Bruce. Now he didn't want to stop anymore. He slowly slid his tongue inside her mouth which startled her.
She was out of breath so he parted a little and allowed her to breathe. He didn't want to break the closeness of their bodies even for a second. He stood there holding her tightly while resting his forehead on hers. Both were panting heavily with their hearts almost reaching their limits of pounding.
With his lips inches away from hers, he asked in a hoarse voice, "Which elder of yours will treat you the way I treated you just now, huh? Eve?"
Her cheeks flushed red, but still, she looked at him through her watery eyes. "I just want to confirm something."
Bruce chuckled while giving her waist a light squeeze. "Uh-uh! Did you confirm it?"
"D-Do you want to eat?" Notwithstanding the strong allure that this man had, Evily pressed her hands firmly on his chest.
Bruce frowned lightly and released her.
"Of course"
Even though there was something more important than this.
Bruce folded the sleeves of his shirt, surprising Evily.
"You're cooking?"
"You've got a problem with that?"
Bruce curled his lips and stared at her.
Evily's phone rang all of a sudden and broke the awkward silence. It was a call from Jamie, and she was a little embarrassed to answer it.
"Hey Eve, Can I sleep at your place tonight? I fight with my mother. I'll be there in five minutes. See you!"
Jamie did not give Evily a chance to turn her down and hung up the call right away.
Eve panicked as she did not have much time to get Bruce out of the house.
"You have to go now. Jamie's going to be here soon."
Bruce stood still and stared blankly at her.
"You want me to go?"
"Go! Hurry up! I won't be able to explain myself if Jamie sees you here."
"Beg me."
Beg him?
Of course, Evily knew what Bruce wanted.
She looked at him with a pair of puppy eyes and begged, "Please!"
Like a cat on hot bricks, Evily was worried that Jamie might bump into Bruce if he refused to leave.
She even walked up to him and pushed him on the shoulders, trying to get him out of the house.
Instead of pushing him away, Evily was tugged at and fell right on his embrace. He then pulled her face towards his and gave her a deep kiss.
Evily could only helplessly grunt and struggle in frustration. Jamie was going to be here soon, and she was at her wits' end.
Even when Bruce decided to release her from his clutches, he still insisted on giving her several pecks on the lips and running his thumb all over them.
He gave out a baffling smile and said in a deep voice, "This is how you beg."
Evily was annoyed, but she did not have the time to argue with him anymore. "All right. Please go now, okay?"

The next day Evily received a phone call from Bruce just as she got off work.
"Why did you call me?" Evily asked.
"Is that how you greet your boyfriend?" Bruce's displeasure tone came over the phone.
"When did you become my boyfriend?" Evily asked plainly.
"Eve, Are you trying to cut me loose now?" Bruce frowned. "You didn't refuse when I said that I'd lend myself to you, did you?"
"You're right, but our relationship is still fake," she said.
"Eve, I've never heard about fake boyfriends. I can either be or not be your boyfriend, but I can't be your fake boyfriend. Since I was your boyfriend then, I am still your boyfriend now," said Bruce, loud and clear.
Evily paused for a second, then gave a conclusion. "You are… acting shamelessly."
"You are the one who is acting shamelessly." Bruce proudly raised his chin and responded with, "You kissed me passionately yesterday. So arguing with me now is meaningless."
Evily was stupefied. She felt like she was falling into a giant trap.
Bruce raised his brows and said, "Eve, since we are dating, updating me on your affairs was a form of respect."
"But why did you keep calling me Eve?"
"Come on in!"
A car suddenly stopped next to Evily, surprising her.
She was confused to see a head sticking out of the window, "W-Why are you here?"
Bruce curled his lips. "Get in, and we'll talk!"
