Sitting on the terras of a coffee shop, Jen kept looking at her phone, waiting for someone.
"Tim is late again, sorry guys." She said while looking left and right, looking for Tim.
"It's okay, Jenny, we all know Tim. Well, not really, Sebastian here doesn't." Jackson said, looking at Sebastian who was holding his expresso, waiting for someone to start the conversation.
"Alright, I guess I should really introduce all of you. Sebastian here is my new friend from my summer job, the one I told you about." Jen pointed at Sebastian, nodding at him, trying to get him to say something.
"Yes. I am from YD." He said, while nervously looking at Luna and Jackson.
Sebastian was not sure if he could call Jen "his friend", but now that she started it, he found it kinda nice to have a friend in this lonely city.
"So you are also an intern," Luna asked.
"Not... not really." Sebastian didn't want to sound too cocky.
"He's the CEO, the one we heard about, the young one. So someone wants to frame Sebastian. And they used me. " Before Sebastian could stay happy about Jen calling him a friend, she turned her phone to Luna and Jackson and showed them the disturbing image of that video.
Yes, THAT video.
"Ewww, my eyes!!" Luna screamed, but very soon she calmed down and said:" That is not you, Jenny, her legs."
"I know that is not me. But other people don't." Jen put away her phone and gestured at Sebastian, "Tomorrow is Sebastian's big day. And we are pretty sure that someone would use this to mess it up."
"Oh, what big day are you having, Mr. Mystery Lover man," Jackson said with a hint of sarcasm, Sebastian could feel that maybe Jackson had a thing for Jen.
"He will meet the press for the first time as the CEO of YD." Jen said before Sebastian was able to answer, "He is Sebastian Day."
"DAY. One of those. Ah, I see." Jackson rolled his eyes at Sebastian, making him doubt why Jen even called these people here.
"I'm sorry I didn't make it clear. Yes, Sebastian Day, sorry I couldn't choose my own family name."
Jen saw Sebastian's fist getting tighter and tighter, she quickly took over the conversation.
"I called you here because this is your chance. Your dream of having a PR emergency team, of bringing justice into the world of business." She said while reaching her hand out to tap on Jackson's back, "And you don't want fake sex tape of your innocent friend flying around. Once you get to know Sebastian, you will know that he is innocent."
"Fine, but what can I do?" Luna said, holding the piece of cookie that came with her coffee.
"Luna, use your social media platforms." Jen said while looking at Sebastian, "Luna here is an influencer. And a secret programmer. She has her magic to work with people on the other side of the screen. If any news comes out that is bad for your reputation, she could help."
"And I am just a student." Jackson said, "But I am very good with my friends, and I have a lot of them."
"Yes, so if you have any plans again, let's take me to dinner, Jackson should be the type of person you trust." Jen agreed with Jackson.
"Wait, he took you out for dinner? Like a date?" Luna cut her off.
"Not a date, just to say sorry because he kissed me," Jen said, without much expression in her tone but that information was like a bomb for Luna and Jackson.
"Wait, wait, wait, what kinda part-time job did you get? Hey, I am here to help MY friend, you can't kiss me." Jackson said jokingly.
"It was a misunderstanding guys, calm down. And Tim, who is always late, will be your emergency speaks person." Jen showed Sebastian a photo, in there he could see a beautiful young man on the stage, holding a microphone, it looked like he was giving a speech.
"Tim was the champion of many public speaking competitions, and he did many negotiation exercises," Jen explained, "I will tell him about all of our plans, if something happens, it's better to have him talk to the press than letting someone from YD take over."
"I don't want to doubt you, Jen. But why would they help me?" Sebastian asked, sensing that both Luna and Jackson were not very fond of him.
"Because you are buying us dinner. And no, don't need to kiss us first, then buy us dinner." Luna winked at Sebastian as she was grabbing her purse, "And also new outfits so that we could join your big day, Mr. Day."
"Hey guys, sorry I am..."
"LATE." Jen, Luna, and Jackson said at the same time.
"This is Tim, this is Sebastian. You got the message I sent you?" Jen stood up from her chair to hug Tim.
"Oh yes, very nice plan. Hello, Mr. Day. Could I put this experience on my resume and maybe get a recommendation letter?"
"Eh... Sure but I should ask Lynn, she has a bigger name..."
"Hahaha, Tim is just joking," Luna said to Sebastian, "I see what you mean, Jen. This looks like a simple boy. Ah, why are you involved in all of this?"
"I don't know. Probably just because my family name is Day."
After several hours of chatting and walking around, all members of Team Sebastian now had a new set of clothing and plans for tomorrow.
Sebastian was not worried about spending money for them- it was not like they took him to a fancy department store, they were just picking out badly made cheap suits at a university shopping area, but he was worried about bringing them into the press conference.
"Maybe I should call Lynn and ask her to prepare some things for our friends?" Sebastian asked Jen quietly.
"I have already taken care of that. They are going to stay at the YD hotel tonight. I told Lynn you had a couple of long-lost friends here, and also met some new ones. She was very happy when she heard that." Jen showed Sebastian the messages between her and Lynn, "Your auntie cares a lot about you. She just has some issues with expressing love in a normal way."
"Guys, I'm hungry," Luna yelled, sitting on the public chair on the side of the road.
"Oh dear, you want me to buy you a snack?" Tim asked caringly.
"Let me, please. Tomorrow, my future might depend on you." Sebastian said, bringing all eyes on him.
"Nice, the boy is talking now. Alright, Mr. Day, where are we going?"
