"Have you seen these two men?" A boy with black hair and striking golden eyes handed two pictures over to a man sitting across to him. The man was a private investigator named Alfred Nuborn.
He wore a white linen shirt and brown trousers. He had hair that was turning white, and wore a single monocle on his right eye. He was classy, and under normal conditions, most people couldn't afford his services.
He took the pictures, and looked at them thoroughly. One of them was a man in a dark coat with piercing silver eyes and a full-grown black beard and hair. The other was a man in a black coat, dressed quite fancy with a tophat. He had brown hair.
The man sighed and pinched his nose. "Are these not the heads of the Central Company?"
The boy, Lua Moonsilver, nodded fervently. "I have a bit of something I need to talk with them."
Alfred crossed his arms, the pictures in his right hand. "I will not help an assassin."
