Damion's POV
A awakening of a new mage? Rahua sister?
"Does she knows about her... powers?" I wonder if they know and choose to keep it quiet.
"No, she has not awaken her power, she soon will, but even so the stone reacted to her, is not every mage that can do that. Without the awakening of their power.
It doesn't really matter if she doesn't, if she doesn't train properly and learn how to use her power, her powers will never grow.
I wonder if to have such power may be a family thing?"
"And why do you care about that?" I asked him.
"I am curious let's just say that, and also because of you, your Highness, of course ...to have such power, beside you, may give you a very good advantage against your enemies."
"Enemies... You speak as if you know something will happen."
He looked away awkwardly. "Anyways.. your Highness, have you told Rahua about your departure?" I knew he was changing the subject on purpose.
I sighted... I wanted to tell her, that I will leave for a while, I don't know how long but I guess I missed the opportunity today.
She always so excited about everything, that I couldn't bring myself to tell her, I don't even think she will be sad, but...
"Don't worry your Highness I will take good care of her." I spotted a mischievous smile on his dammed face, he couldn't be totally trusted.
"Your Highness.. don't glare at me like that , I feel like I will burn if you keep glaring me like that." He turns himself into ashes. He is so dramatic.

A conflict is erupting in the south lands, His Majesty the King wanted to send some troops to control the situation.
Dripper, my caretaker suggested that I also go, to prove my trainings have been worth it, although I think he wanted me to deny it, so I can look weak in front of everyone, I decided to accept the suggestion, since it will make me have a better knowledge of what is happening around, in the kingdom.
I also did think I should go, like my grandfather I want to be someone that my people can trust and depend on.
I wonder since when did I get the resolve to be like this.
Her face comes to mind, I can't help but to smile. I have to tell her tomorrow.
*
The next day I kept trying to tell her, but everything seemed to be getting in the way. Saya and the twins were there, helping her prepare a way to transport the cupcakes. For the next days.
At the end of the day I hadn't managed to tell her anything.
Later I walked home with them, before I noticed we were at the crossroad where we would go in our separate ways and I wouldn't see her again for long time.
They said their goodbyes, I felt like my heart was hurting.
"Can you please stay for a while, I need to talk to you." Finally managed to squeeze that out of me.
"Big sister should we go ahead?" Her sister Saya asked her shlyly. To think that this shy girl will awaken as powerful mage is almost unbelievable.
She looked at me before answering. "I guess you should go ahead, I will meet you at home."
We both watched her brother and sisters leave, we stood along the road watching them go.
"So ??" She asked me. I could tell she wanted to poke fun at me, but was holding back.
" So... " I say. Will she even be sad if tell her I am leaving, that we will not see eachother for a while?
She looked impatiently to me.
"I am leaving for a while." I say, looking at her to see if her expression will change. "I am going take part in the South conflict, the Golden Bridge conflict." Will she even care?
"What???" Her eyes widened.
"Noooooooooo! You can't go there!!!" Her face turned into horror. I was happy and touched that she didn't want me to go. But I had to.
"You really can't go!!!"
