Owen Moreland glanced at Benjamin Richardson, who immediately understood and stepped forward to wrap his suit jacket around Viola Harris.
Viola's tears became even more torrential.
Unlike her earlier fear and despair, her current tears were filled with gratitude and grievance.
Owen Moreland crossed his long legs casually leaning back on the sofa, exuding extraordinary nobility. His gaze toward Viola was light and faint.
"I remember you're Mia's roommate."
With tears in her eyes, Viola nodded hurriedly.
The corner of Owen's mouth curved up slightly as he turned to General Miller, "She's my sister's roommate, and still a student. Since the girl is unwilling, why not choose someone else, General? Going out should be fun. Crying and wailing would only spoil your mood, wouldn't it? It would seem as though I have failed in my hospitality."
Then, turning to the manager, he said, "Bring over the most beautiful girl here, let General Miller and the Directors make a good selection."
