Well, hello there, I guess you guys are the readers. My name is Drago Greenwood, a 19-year-old Boy/Man whatever you need to call me and this I'm about to give is a huge narrative of how I died. Well first things first let me talk about my life. I'm just the normal son of a multibillionaire, the second son to be exact. From what I know "second sons" are the most unluckiest beings. The oldest has high expectations on his shoulder, whereas the youngest is adored by all and there in the middle with no one even giving heed to anything he does being literally ignored by everyone who knew about him. He is free yet remains alone because no one cares about what he does.

I was free as no one depended on me for anything. Because of this fact of being free I developed a burning love for adventure. I'd go for mountaineering, surfing, scuba diving, even road racing sometimes. Well, I didn't know I'd be dying doing something I loved. The final thing I did was sky diving. As I fell from the "De Havilland Twin Otter, I could feel the thrill and the feel of the air across my face. That adrenaline, well it was short lived as I pulled my parachute to release, a flock of birds literally flying at that altitude, which is abnormal, tore through my parachute. Well even as I fell, nothing came to my mind.

My family probably would consider me a disgrace and my mother & step-father would probably not even consider giving my death a day to mourn for me. Well at least in my next life let's see whether someone would love me.

As I opened my eyes, I was still in my usual 20-year-old body. Wait wasn't I 30 years old. This is odd, I feel rather refreshed, I don't feel as cold as how death is supposed to be. It felt warm. Then I realized that I was still falling for some reason. As I was falling for what was seemingly an eternity through that pitch black hole that had no end or so I thought. At that moment I could see a bright light emerging as it grew bigger and bigger. Then I heard a voice of a woman saying my name. "Drago how are you, my child?". I replied, "well how would you feel after falling a long time, assuming i don't die the moment I touch ground I'm 90% sure I'm gonna puke a lot". The voice laughed as she said "you know, I have been watching you since you were little, and you have interested me for quite some time. You know what I have decided not to kill you. Instead, I will grant you a gift, a singular gift from the goddess of fate 'Creshiel' and you can wish for it anytime, just say the magic words 'may the goddess of fate grant me' so and so blah blah blah. So now farewell me child."

As she ended her sentence, the mirage ended too which resulted in me falling with a thud on the ground. But it wasn't the grassy ground nor was it sandy. it was as hard as a carpet. heck it was a carpet. As I lifted my head, I saw a man wearing a red coat suit, with a black tie and black shoes that shone like diamonds. He started talking "well hello master wood, it's a good day to be here so get up and straighten yourself". I got up and was welcomed to a warm room with a bright fireplace, a dragon head which I'm pretty sure was stuffed. A sofa, a TV. This room was a 50% replica of my usual room at my house. The remaining 50% was covered with stuff I was unfamiliar with. Then the man introduced himself "master wood, I am Friedel, a retainer of this establishment and I'm supposed to debrief you on matters but first I advise you to freshen up and exit the room for further briefing."

Then he just went outside the room without telling me anything else. I was standing there clueless thinking what the hell or rather how the hell I ended up there. Wasn't I supposed to be dead? Well, whatever might as well take a bath before I go any further cause I was sweaty as hell. Wait why was I sweaty, all I did was jump from a plane and die? Then when I looked at my body it looked muscular body and also, I was naked for some reason which added to the oddness in the room. Usually, people would feel alarmed that they had just fallen to their deaths but instead they weren't. I didn't get that feeling, it was more like I just had a full-on meal at McDonalds and I was seriously ready to puke any moment so I ran to the bathroom. I puked a lot to the point that my stomach became empty. I freshened up, completed an entire toothpaste trying to get the taste and smell of vomit from my mouth and opened the cupboard to check if I had something to wear and strangely enough it did, it had everything I usually wore and more. I just picked out a casual shirt and pant and got out of the room half expecting me to be in the underworld but what I saw was no underworld, it was more of a kingdom. People dressed in clothes that'd seem like it was straight out of an isekai book that is togas or tunics and clothes while Some wore normal shirts and pants too. The scenery in itself was quite breathtaking as I kept staring everywhere with my mouth slightly open. Beside me stood the guy dressed like a butler, Friedel. He scared the living hell out of me to the point where I fell on my butt. He gave his hand for me to get up and said "master the debriefing will begin shortly, I believe you are confused enough as it is so I will reveal part of why you are here on the way". I asked "where are you taking me, where is this, and how am I not dead?" as he just gave me a look like why do I have to deal with this as he said "all will be revealed."
