They kept coming from left and right. Seeing it all endless made Jun can't help but look at the stranger. Seeing his expression, it was so serious yet.. Confused as well?
Punching the creature's stomach resulting in the head coming forth. Literally grabbing and smashed it's whole head. Leaving traces of strange creature blood all over his hand.
Yet he stopped, as if he was thinking of something.
"Why'd ugh! Why'd you suddenly stop?"
Quiet, with flaming eyes.
"Hah.."
Was he sighing? In such a situation? But it was suspicious as well.
"Looks like I'd have to wait for him.."
Having so many questions filling his head. Who exactly is he thinking of in a situation like this??
But something caught Jun's attention instead. Noises of leaves and bushes started to be heard. For your information, the nearest garden with bushes would be... The neighboring campus??
Was something even bigger coming? Even with a possibility like that, Jun still had to defend off these weird, endless group creatures.
He shook off the feeling and went back to punching and kicking over and over. The same easy movements to defeat each creature. But something took away his opportunity to strike!
A sudden appearance as fast as lightning was in front of me. A boy, a very pretty one at that. Still, Jun is still not going to ignore the fact that the weapon that they pretty boy is holding is 5 inches away from his right eye.
But with a speed like that and the accuracy so accurate, this guy could easily eliminate every single creature here. No effort!
"You've finally arrived shortie."
"I'm older than you, stop calling me that!"
It was the stranger before.
"Maybe if you'd listen and actually drink milk when you were young..."
"WELL MAYBE IF YOU DIDN'T DRINK ALL OF IT FROM THE FRIDGE."
Their rant seemed endless, just like the continuous spawning of the creature. But it was somehow admirable. Even though they're arguing, they could still easily beat the creatures up with no efforts shown.
A duo with a sharp spear and bare hands, very experienced too!
The way the pretty boy used the spear was incredibly eye catching. As if you're watching a live performance. Neatly cutting every strange head that's seen near the campus.
"There's no end to these creatures, Mac, you stay your ass here."
Even with amazing skills, their bond really is something huh.
The boy looked around left and right. Scanning the whole area to find some sort of thing. Jun felt goosebumps up his spine when the pretty boy suddenly turned and ran to him.
He stopped and grabbed Jun's arm, making Jun shocked. His eyes lighting up as if it was on command and investigated the arm. "Oi"
"Huh?" They stared at each other for a second then the boy talked.
"You seem durable enough, help me find the general."
"G-general? What general?"
Sweat started to appear on Jun's neck, reaching his collarbone.
"Right, you're a student uhmm.. Ah screw it, just find a bigger, stronger version of these stupid creatures!"
As expected, Jun nodded on reflex and searched out. Still wondering why he even listened to those words if it's only going to harm him even more. He started to think if he was some sort of idiot.
But it such a crucial moment, wouldn't it be a good chance to perhaps gain popularity like this? Saving the whole campus from blood-thirsty demons! Those headline thoughts filled Jun's mind.
Until a slap to the happy face brought him back to reality.
"Hey! Stop daydreaming and find the general!"
He just appeared out of nowhere, Jun got no other choice either way.
Jun searched in every part of the classroom. From the gym to the class rooms that are usually empty. But, nothing.
There didnt seem to be any traces left by the general as well. "Bigger version" What the pretty boy said was reminded to his mind again. And he came up with a very simple plan.
Running back outside and to the field. It was still crowded with deformed creatures of the same size. Spotting the general would no big effort if it's much bigger.
"Not here, nope, nuh uh, ah!"
A height that could be as tall as 2.5 metres and four horns occupying it's head. There was no mistaking, it should be the creature's general.
