Arriving at the company, James acted like Stefan's driver then escorting him up to the chairman's office, Stefan sat in the chairman's seat and James sat across from him.
"Stefan I have an idea, it's not profitable but it would be a good publicity opportunity"
Stefan was intrigued "what is it?"
'Well you see, there is alot of abandoned building on the out skirts of town, and some run down hotels and apartments. Let's buy them all. Renovated them and start a charity to let the homeless stay in them"
Stefan's eyes lit up with excitement "it would be beneficial for everyone. And would solve the homeless having no where to go." Stefan stopped speaking as he saw a glint in James eyes.
"There's that meets the eye isn't there?"
James nodded "if we succeed, we can ask them to work for us, and go through the training. Plus they get jobs and eventually being able to get back on their feet."
"So you want to solve the homeless crisis by recruiting them?"
James simply nodded without speaking.
"This kid is unbelievable, don't know if it is smart or foolish" Stefan had an unsettling feeling in his gut choosing not to voice his concerns.
The next few days, they sent negotiators out to acquire the buildings, paying alot more then what they were worth. Somehow some of the previous owners agreed to stay and work for them as well. His plan was beginning to take shape.

"Julian have a sit down with them and tell them that you saw that it was beneficial to join forces, use your silver tongue of yours." Responding back to him.

"Boss why are we receiving more people to join and going through so much training?"
James pondered for a little bit before Responding "it's for safety and security, I have alot of projects on the way so more security present the better the company goes" trying his best to sugarcoat and not letting anyone know his plan.
"What if Silver Gould's come after us?"
Texting her back "when that day comes we'll be able to control them easier"

The Bland began making a profit again, a new list of rules was sent out to everyone same as the old rules but with added ones "everyone has to only work 9 to 5, everyday there will be free breakfasts and lunches, feel free to take whatever you want home, but make sure there is enough for everyone"

A bronze level gangsta Edward ran to Tristan a silver lever boss, informing him of Julian's plans, Tristan was an average build man slamming his fist on the table causing a chunk of the table to break away.
"Find out more, if he makes a move let me know straight away! Garbage should be either thrown away or put in the right spot!" Tristan was a a lower thug compare to those above him but only difference was that the leader of the silver league let Tristan have free reign in whatever he decided to do.
Which made others wary of him. Edward was shivering in fear not knowing what he had done. As the bronze league stayed in the Southside, the silver league was in the west side.
Walking straight into the Sky Garden, to the elevator "are you stalking me?" Sophia spurted
James looked behind him seeing her standing there beside another man. "What did you do to Charlotte to make her obedient to you?" She asked
The man was young having a smug look "did you blackmail her?"
"That sounds exactly what has happened, there's no way that she would be so nice to a peice of trash" Sophia said disdainfully.
James turned back towards the elevator waiting for the door to open up. "Dustin, he is a nobody so how did he get in here?"
