Humans were insatiable beings after all. Even if a human owned an entire planet, they will still crave for more. They were covetous, avaricious and greedy in that they will not look off from a good thing until that thing fell into their hands. Humans themselves had forgotten that money, knowledge and wealth were all evil.
You couldn't get your hands on these three things without spilling out some blood or walking on the heads of others. That was how cruel the world was. Only those ones who had willing hearts of desire, greed and were ready to deviate from their "norm" were the once who enjoyed the many offers and privileges from the "new norm."
Anyway, Lazy Wafula was omnipotent in this battle. He was a domineering force that could not be shaken by a breeze of mere mortals.
He was violent and brutal yet his languid look may make one to refute to believe this point because his slashes were soft and unpredictable. It depended on the angle that the spectators were viewing him from because truthfully, Lazy Wafula's swing was soft, warm and calm as if he was not in a hurry but when an audience look into these slashes keenly, they will found out that these soft slashes were taking out the Cavern Cats very quickly like the unguarded chickens.
The slashes were so first and came at all the unpredictable angles and the dark spots of the Cavern Cats making them unable to retaliate. This madness was what had changed the view of the audience. They could not believe that Lazy Wafula's slashes were soft even if you screamed to their ears at a close distance.
All the madness made Lazy Wafula's swing to be violent and brutal to the eyes of the audience. His sword was like the scythe of the grim reaper. When it was wielded, it was sure to harvest some souls. It was not something that a mere mortal could dare to contend with, it was - all powerful.
Olie Nyang on the other hand was graceful. Though one could evidently see the condescending look on her face. It seemed that being a person from a higher race had made her to look down upon everything she came across and that included the beasts in the undead cultivation plane.
It was like the beasts were meant to bow down to her and offer their souls to her without her asking for them. The arrogance on her face knew no bounds and she even didn't care to hide it and allowed it to stick to her face. She was overpowering, her voice though it was womanly soft, when she said something, everyone trembles thinking that she will ask for their heads.
But on this day, she found the Cavern Cats were simply the same as her, they knew nothing and they also didn't care about where she came from. What does a cultivator coming from a higher race have to do with them?
They will make a soulless body out of the cultivators' pretty faces because to them, the cultivators were as ugly as their shit. They only knew prettiness among the beasts and not people.
To them, people were like the disgusting demons from hell - how pretty was a demon? Only the mentally ill people will thought of demons as pretty and cute.
The already collapsing time area of the Cavern Cats was useless to an indomitable person like Lazy Wafula. He was unparalleled among the group that remained to fight against the remaining Cavern Cats.
Though the Cavern Cats were weakened because their time area was simply flickering right now, that flickering time area still gave some of the people in Olie Nyang's group a hard time. Some of them even almost got killed until their fellows rescued them. From this, they praised Lazy Wafula even more because they can clearly tell that he was more powerful than them. After all, Lazy Wafula had taken out almost all the Cavern Cats just by himself.
The last battle didn't took a long time and it was quickly set off- blaze.
Lazy Wafula snorted slowly, the coldness in his eyes never left. It still lingered. It was like killing those beast was nothing to him and that he can even go on and kill other beasts if they dared to show their faces once again.
