"So, he gives you skills for cheap if he finds any and in return, you give him the things he wants huh....", Anna said as she looked at him.
"Yes. He told me he works with the people who gave us these systems and he also told me that he will give me a share of the SP he makes if he doesn't have the skills to give me so you don't have to worry."
"Alright....", she muttered before adding, "It's morning so are you going to join the hunters team now that Jack kicked you out or are you waiting for him to call you back into his group?"
Larcen got off the bed and took out a pair of sweats and a hoodie before giving her an answer, "No. I'll work alone for now and I have a few things I need to test out so staying with them might not be a good idea. Anyways, now that it's time to go...."
He looked at the screen seriously but did nothing as he simply stood there for a while before bringing out three pistols. He tossed one onto the bed before putting on the chest rig over his hoodie and did some mild stretching exercises while Anna picked up the gun.
"Sometimes I don't understand if you are lucky or smart.", she said as she checked the magazine before pushing it back in.
Walking towards the door, Larcen smiled "Maybe both, even I don't know."
When he reached the ground floor, he could tell that there were no more "Hunters" there other than Betty who was busy talking with some of the other ladies. He saw a few people eating food in some corner and used his inspection skill on them.
'Like I guessed, many did not buy it and it's most probably only the ones who want to fight that bought the skill. I refuse to believe that the towers won't make even stronger monsters in the future and as the mana levels on this planet increase, the variety and strength of the monsters should also increase.
Those lizardmen could easily survive most sharp attacks because of their scales unless we hit the front area of their necks and those banshees.... even though my stats were higher due to the debuff, their skill still had an effect on me. I am sure that I won't be able to fight them during the day...
I have to somehow get these people to get serious. If not, things won't go well and I will lose potential customers.'
Deep in thought, he walked out and brought out his best bike before scanning it. Once it took over one of his replication slots, he kickstarted it and drove off towards one of the routes that led to the tower of destruction.
On the way, he decided to list a few more things in the shop as he had a total of forty inventory slots now.
'Currently, I have lighters, cigarettes, Jerky, clothes, a set of beer cans, water bottles, and some energy bars huh.'

Once that was done, he took out an energy bar and began munching on it while maneuvering the bike with his other hand. It took him a total of five minutes to reach the group that was fighting and he was pretty impressed when he looked at the way they fought.
They had made a blockade using cars, stacking them up on each other while leaving a narrow gap for the goblins to pass through one by one. One guy stood at one side of the exit while one was on the other side holding a stone that was as big as an adult human head.
The last one stood in a way where he could be visible to the goblins from the other side. When the goblins couldn't see him, he would either scream or bang two car doors against each other.
When Larcen reached them, they simply ignored him and continued their job until they could kill all the goblins that were coming out from the narrow pathway. Once that was done, they looked at Larcen.
"Hey new guy, why are you here?", asked Bull while another guy glared at him.
"Well.... Jack said he wanted to work alone with his daughter so I decided to join other teams randomly every day. Also, I have a proposal but before that, I would like to know how you distribute the SP you guys get from the kills."
Bull scratched the side of his head while glancing at his teammate before telling Larcen an answer.
"I take care of hitting the goblins with the stone while Chrona here kicks the ones towards me once they come outside. Ben here takes care of attracting the goblins since they seem to hate the good-looking ones more."
"Ah, okay...", Larcen muttered before giving them his proposal, "Well, here's the proposal. I will kill the goblins from now on and give you your share of SP along with mine. Which means that you will get the same amount of SP you are getting currently while you get another member in your team for the day."
"Hah? There must be a reason for you to give us such an offer. Are you trying to impress Anna or something?", the guy called Chrona asked as he looked down on Larcen who was a few inches shorter than him.
Larcen looked up at the guy who was only 10 centimeters away from reaching the height of 2 meters and shook his head.
"I don't think there is a need to impress Anna. As for why I am doing this, I have reached my weekly limit and I want you guys to get strong soon too.", he said, giving Chrona a warm smile.
