The night passed and when the sun rose all seemed bright again. Rara got out of her bed only to find she was not alone.
Ilor sat in her room watching her.
They both froze.
"Get out!" Rara screamed at him, "Get out now!"
Her screams reached Ni and Lage who were asleep with the children. Ni jumped up to see if his wife was alright.
When he reached the room Rara sat bolt upright, still red in the face.
"He came back!" She cried out.
Ni stroked her cheeks. He'd never seen her like this. She seemed vulnerable.
"He was here in the room," She whispered.
"We need to have a meeting immediately." Ni replied, "To decide what to do once and for all."
Ni took Rara to Lage's room.
"He's back," He growled.
Lage came to Rara's side and took over comforting her while Ni gathered Kinntho and Kithel.
They all met up in the throne room. As each took their seat they wasted no time in speaking to each other.
"The blaze yesterday was out of control," Ni hissed. "We must do something now."
"But what?" Lage replied in a whisper.
"Banish him from here," Kinntho replied, "Before he does any more damage!"
"But…" Rara hesitated. She then explained the feelings she had had, "He belongs on the earth."
"He is dangerous!" Kintho seethed, "What about our children?"
"I agree," Ni concluded. "We must deal with this threat."
"Perhaps we could speak to him?" Lage said, "I'd rather not resort to violence."
"Talk away," He had come back.
Everyone froze as they watched him approach.
"I'm glad to hear you all feel so fond of me," He quipped. His eyes locked on Rara.
She looked away.
"Leave this place," Lage insisted.
"Don't worry I won't hurt Leafy," He tilted his head toward Ni. He spread his arms, "You cannot deny it. I have a place on earth and a place in this room."
The throne glowed again more brightly.
"You stalked my wife," Ni protested. He got to his feet but quickly Lage and Rara rushed forward to stop him.
"She kissed me back," He whispered to Ni.
Lage and Rara had to keep Ni from jumping on Ilor.
When Ni finally calmed they reassembled.
"You will not go into my wife's room again," Ni huffed.
"Unless invited?" Ilor smiled at Rara.
"Never."
Lage stood up, "We have no choice but to have you in our kingdom."
Kinntho joined her, "So consider yourself an unwelcome guest."
Rara said nothing.
