"Yes, I am crazy. You must've agreed to be with that man because he's rich. You lied to me when you said you loved me."
"Yes, I lied to you. Of course I don't love you," Kristin sneered, "I can't care less for a cheater like you! I was blind back then, but now I know everything. Do you think I'll still love you foolishly? Since you're already engaged to Janice stay faithful to her. She's the one who loves you for real."
Kristin was about to leave, but Tyler wouldn't let her go and suddenly hugged her from behind. He wrapped his arms tightly around Kristin's waist and placed his chin on her shoulder. "Tyler, I'm sorry. I know you're mad at me, but you're the one I love the most. I got together with Janice because my family wants to form an alliance with the Cooper family. Wait for me. After I marry Janice I'll get a divorce right after I acquire her shares. Let's get back together then. Will you wait for me, Kristin?"
"Take your filthy hands off me!" Kristin pried his fingers away and turned to give him a harsh slap. "I'll forget what happened—this once. I won't tell anyone, but I don't want this to happen again." Kristin left after saying that.
Tyler clenched his fists as his eyes reddened with fury.
Kristin went upstairs swiftly. She felt tainted by Tyler's hug. Hence, after putting her belongings down, she went to the restroom and scrubbed her hands aggressively until her skin almost peeled off. She only stopped when it started to hurt, and she exhaled heavily.
She told herself that Tyler had nothing to do with her, but she still felt hurt when she recalled the times she spent with him.
Tyler had been the man of her dreams ever since she was young. Back then, even before she started dating him, she'd always followed him around.
Kristin didn't know what it was like to love someone back then. All she knew was that her heart felt contented whenever she looked at him.
On a fateful day, he had coincidentally saved her, and that was the beginning of their friendship. Before Janice interfered, everything was wonderful.

Jenson arrived at his office early today, even before Nancy had prepared his breakfast.
Nancy panicked for a moment. She hurriedly prepared some toast. This was what she made for Jenson daily. He was always too busy to take care of his meals.
"President Sawyer, I'm sorry, I arrived late today. This is your breakfast." Nancy said carefully.
Jenson was expressionless as he studied the financial reports for the first quarter of the year.
"I've eaten. You can have it. And from now on you don't have to prepared breakfast"
"Huh?" Nancy was a little surprised. "Okay."
She picked up the plate and peeked at Jenson. Just at that moment, she saw a ring on his finger!
It was on his ring finger.
Its meaning was clear.
Nancy lost concentration for a moment. The plate in her hand slipped and fell onto the ground. Hot coffee spilled all over her. "Ah!"
Only then did Jenson raise his eyes to look at Nancy. He frowned in dismay. "What's the matter?"
She has always been steady and rarely made such elementary mistakes. What is wrong with her today?
"I'm sorry, President Sawyer. I did not sleep well last night. I lost myself for a moment. I shall ask someone to get this cleaned immediately."
Nancy was Jenson most trusted secretary. She has huge crush on him. There was even a rumour between Jenson and her.
Although Nancy knew Jenson hated others prying into his private life, she still asked wryly with a smile.
It was the first time she felt her position threatened after so many years of being by his side.
"President Sawyer, Do you have any good news to share about your private life? This is my first time you put a ring."
"Yes." Jenson admitted frankly. "I'm married. It's a secret marriage. I do not plan to make it known to others. Do you understand?"
The first… Nancy could barely breathe. This hurt more than killing her. Why did he get married all of a sudden…
"But I've never seen you being close to any woman before. Why did you get married suddenly? I don't understand."
Nancy was so obsessed with Jenson that she crossed the line.
Jenson crossed his arms in front of his body. His eyes were cold and full of dissatisfaction. "Nancy, you are acting unprofessional today."
"I'm sorry. I will call someone to come clean the place right away." She walked out quickly and closed the door after her. Tears streamed down her face.
She had been too professional all these years, so she had no opportunity to get close to him. She thought she understood him the most, yet she did not even know that he was married!
'But Who is it? No one comes to her mind.'
