Chapter 10 - [] Chapter Ten: Celestials

Tanvir regained firmness over his hands and looked at the old man who was observing him.

" Hmm, not bad, but it's a shame your potential is too low," the old man muttered with a sigh.

"Tell me, how can you become stronger? Just breaking through won't help... As I've already stabilized my realm at your stage, the gap between us is too vast," Tanvir didn't say anything, his low potential was a significant problem.

"Is there any way to fix this?" he muttered.

The old man replied, "There is, but you have a long way to go. You have to reach the Zenith realm at least."

"Hmm... Think of it like your body has 100 points. You can only put your potential and celestial spark there, and in most cases, the celestial spark leaves some space for further potential growth. But for you, it's a soul celestial, which is also called a greedy celestial. It doesn't leave a single unit for potential growth and takes it all. In simple words, soul-type celestial sparks are like water when they start forming... That's why it takes every available space." He paused for a moment, deep in thought.

"Okay, for reaching the zenith realm, you still can't change your celestial space, but you can make that 100 units increase a bit. In that realm, you'll shed your mortal body and have a spiritual body, which doesn't have any restrictions like a mortal body. Hmm, that's all you can know on your current realm, as knowing too much will fry your brain."

Tanvir processed all the information and realized the old man was talking about his system. Thousands of such celestials? Did this mean thousands of people had systems too?

"Do you have celestial sparks too?" he quickly asked.

The old man smiled and said, "Of course, I have," waving his hand and transforming into a huge bird.

"This is my real celestial, a bloodline one. It amplifies any bloodline 100 times. Think of it as your lucky day. No one knows what celestials are or where they come from, but one thing is sure, they are powerful. They can appear in many ways, and every celestial is different. Celestials can fuse with weapons, rocks, and objects, giving them life. A celestial spark can be anything. Do you understand now, brat?"

"Is my celestial different too? But didn't you say mine is a soul celestial? Is it common?" Tanvir inquired.

The old man replied, "I don't know about your celestial characteristics, but I can see you have a soul-type, and the mask is the actual body of the celestial spark. You can see the aura, a rare ability only the Tera race possesses from birth. So you can say your celestial spark is unique."

" ah the white mask which appears when ever I use battle mode" Tanvir thought for a second.

"Is there more?" the old man asked with a creepy smile, making Tanvir back away hesitantly.

"I can loot corpse's corpses," Tanvir finally revealed.

Hearing this, the old man had an odd expression and waved his hand, summoning a pile of corpses. Tanvir was shocked by the sight.

"Will this work?" the old man asked.

"Yes, it will work!" Tanvir exclaimed.

"Show me your magic then. I think it's related to alchemy. Still, who knows, as every celestial is different from one another," the old man muttered.

Tanvir nodded and approached the pile of corpses, reaching out to touch them.

"Brat, don't think too much. Those are shaded bodies. It's too complicated to explain. Just forget it," an old, impatient voice echoed from behind. He quickly touched the corpse.

[Corpse detected

»Yes

»No]

A white light covered the whole corpse.

[Looting 00:03]

"Oh, as expected, connected to alchemy," the old man muttered.

The time ended, and the corpse disappeared. Tanvir backed away using shadow steps just in time as the pile of corpses fell.

"Phew," he sighed in relief, frustrated that the old man hadn't warned him earlier.

The old man gasped, turned around, and looked at Tanvir with a mixture of shock and curiosity. He then turned serious.

"You, brat, don't show your magic to anyone. Sigh," the old man warned sternly. He waved his hand, and the corpses started hovering in the sky, revealing two worn out book and one red bottle of fluid. They floated around the old man and were absorbed by him one by one, his eyes glowing with each one.

Seeing the new item, Books. Tanvir was confused as it didn't drop when he killed the wolf's.

Meanwhile,

The old man closed his eyes, and in the next second, a pair of white wings emerged from his back, the same as the corpse lion's. His hair turned yellow, and a transparent red aura surrounded him.

Tanvir watched in amazement. The old man clenched his hand, and a smile appeared on his face.

"Good, I can crush his balls now,"

Tanvir quickly backed away and covered his Excalibur. The old man looked at him with a creepy smile.
