Perhaps from the beginning, Dean's destiny was to be played with. The nobleman who gave him the job was the one who made him too late to help his parents first. Dean still doesn't expect to get a mission that requires him to kill the nobleman.
He looked at Willy at the office door. That dog had accompanied his parents for a long time and knew nothing about the nobleman. Dean felt that this mission should be done by himself.
"Then, I'll take this mission, sir." Dean said putting on his mask in the room.
He invited Willy to follow him first into the forest. Because the nobleman was going to pass through the mountains on the border between the Tryton Kingdom and the Senova Empire tomorrow.
In just a few minutes, they reached the interior of the forest. Where it had not yet reached the limit he knew. Rather than having to fight with annoying creatures like before, it was better to keep a safe distance.
Dean said to Willy. "Hey, go hunting. I'll do this mission myself."
Woof!
The dog unresistingly nodded. Willy jumped up and down before finally quickly going deeper into the forest, but still avoiding the boundary Dean had told about.
Dean shouted, "Come back tomorrow at sunset!"
Woof!
The two creatures walked away in different directions. Dean quickly jumped onto some trees like a non-human. Yes, he was indeed not human by nature.
The branches of the trees Dean stepped on were broken. Then he jumped to a higher tree in search of thicker branches. Because of his large body, it was difficult for some trees to support his body.
Until he got into the bigger trees. There were some signs up there. Dean did something and then a big tree trunk fell down.
Right under the tree was a small path. It was only the size of a horse-drawn carriage. Whoever passed by there would definitely detour to find another way. The problem was that the other road was close to a steep ravine.
Dean jumped onto some trees and looked for another tree. At that moment, the moonlight hit his face. He couldn't believe that it was already night when he searched through the forest.
His body suddenly heated up. The fur on his body lengthened rapidly, but did not cover his entire body. His eyes also flashed vertically. It was a full moon night.
Dean did not have pure werewolf blood. He was a child of mixed blood. The effect he got was not threatening to his body.
Although the roars of some wolves could be heard in Dean's ears, he could not be like them. That night, instead of agonizing over his destiny. Dean went to an even bigger tree and fell asleep on it.

Clip clop! Clip clop! Clip clop!
The sound of running horses filled the forest. There were several horse-drawn carriages running on a small road. Since it was in the mountains, there was only forest around them.
One of the three horse-drawn carriages stopped. The coachman that was at the very front of the group, stopped because he found something in front of him.
"My apologies, sir. We have to turn around because something is blocking the road ahead!" The coachman shouted to the person in the carriage.
The coachman didn't yell, just so that the person inside would hear. That made the person in the carriage come out.
"Baron-nim needs to get home quickly. Do you know another way to get there quickly?" A person in worker's clothes came out. That person seemed to be a leader in the noble workers.
That person was quite young. Probably around the age of 20. He seemed to frown when he saw that there was indeed a large tree trunk blocking their way.
"Young Master-nim, I know of another way. What if we go that way? But it's a bit dangerous there." The coachman said politely in front of the man.
It seemed that the person called "Young Master" didn't mind either. "In that case, just take that other road. We should leave soon because next week, we have to go to Smot City again."
Smot City was the capital of the Tryton Kingdom. Apparently they were nobles on the outskirts of the kingdom. No wonder the Young Master did not act too much like a typical noble child.
The coachman nodded and immediately informed the coachmen in the other carriages. He told them what was happening up ahead. Until they all agreed to turn their carriages around.
The Young Master got back into the carriage. Because it was a round trip, the carriage that was at the front now became the back.
For the size of a noble, they looked very poor because they only brought three horse-drawn carriages. Whereas the nobles above them mostly brought 6 to 10 horse-drawn carriages.
The three carriages drove slowly after turning into a small intersection out of caution. Another road that has many rocks and is more complicated makes them have to really slow down.
The Young Master muttered alone in the carriage as he saw that the road they were traveling on was flanked by two ravines. He seemed to be amazed at the level of naturalness of the road.
Brugh!
Something had happened in front of him. The horse-drawn carriage, which was at the very front, hit a rock and almost swerved into a ravine. It was indeed very dangerous.
"Hey, what are you doing? Why are ordinary citizens in a dangerous forest like this?" Apparently the coachman in the frontmost carriage had no patience. He snapped at the person who carelessly passed in front of him.
The person was wearing a cloak that covered his entire body. He don't know who he was, but that person was carrying something very large in his hand.
It just so happened that the person in the carriage was the baron. The man came out to see what the commotion was about.
The baron had slightly graying hair. He saw something that the man was carrying. "That's... a land monster. Wait a minute, a vampire?"
Upon noticing something, he immediately shouted, "Hey, catch that guy no matter what!"
The angry coachman immediately approached the person. Of course, that person was able to dodge easily. He threw the land monster he was carrying.
Brugh!
Brugh!
Doom!
The coachman rolled into the ravine as the land monster hit it from being thrown. The baron was immediately shocked. He was almost killed if he was still on the carriage.
Three knights got out of the carriage in the center. They were shocked by the toppling of their master's carriage. The Baron kept shouting, "Hey, catch that vampire! Open his cloak because the sun is his weakness!"
The knights immediately ran forward to carry out the order. The coachman, who was already facing him, managed to grasp that vampire's hand.
Woof!
Brugh!
A dog threw itself at the coachman. It continued to growl at them. The appearance of the siberian husky took the knights by surprise.
"You're that man's dog, huh? Hmm... I take it you're apologizing for entering my territory first by saving me like this. I cannot use my powers during the day to help you." The vampire, who was none other than Helena, tried to speak to the dog.
Willy, the dog who helped her, did not turn around to look at Helena. He kept showing his teeth at the people who attacked Helena.
"Dad! What happened?"
The Young Master finally got out of the carriage as well. Unfortunately, he became the first victim of Willy's attack.
Brugh!
The Young Master was pushed into the ravine. It was such a swift movement that the knight who was there had no time to react.
"My son!" The baron shouted as he realized his son had fallen into the ravine. It could even be seen from up there that the ravine was about tens of meters deep.
Tsing!
The knights finally drew their swords from their scabbards. They prepared to attack Helena and Willy. Even the coachman took out a dagger. The other two coachmen didn't dare to approach.
"You... you caused my son to die! Strike those two people to death!" Baron shouted in desperation.
Grrrhhh ....
Something stopped them in their tracks. The sound of a huge growl and also a sight they had never seen, happened in front of them. Even Helena was surprised.
The dog that was only about the height of an adult's thigh had suddenly grown bigger. Its body size grew to the size of a horse. However, his body turned muscular like a tiger. His face now looked like a wolf.
"Mo-monster!" The coachman in front of Willy shouted in surprise.
Willy, who turned into a monster, immediately bit the coachman's head off. Even that was so fast because they couldn't react to anything.
Stab!
A sword pierced Willy's body. The dog turned around and saw one of the wolves stabbing him in the side of the stomach. It was the blind spot that was finishing off the coachman.
Duagh!
Helena hit the man. It seemed that the vampire could not expend his strength anymore either. He was visibly shaking.
Stab!
This time, another knight managed to stab Willy. Helena couldn't be targeted because she had a fairly large movement. However, there were already two swords perched on Willy's body.
Woooooof!
