Lena went home, asked permission from her boss to take care of him, he really enjoyed her taking care of him as he recuperates until one day on her way to the hospital she met that guy who stabbed him
"So he made it alive I assume" the guy said
"Stop following me I will get you your money"
"Of course you will that guy looks rich" he said
"No he's not, I will pay you"
"You have two weeks to get me my money or my next move you won't like it" he said and left
Lena went inside wearing her mask, she hadn't shown him her face after that day she had the courage to do so, she hasn't had it again but he was still ok with it
she went inside and was completely lost, her mind were somewhere else, he noticed it
"so what did you bring me?" He asked
"food I forgot, here"
"you cooked for me, wow! Feed me" he said
she didn't hesitate and fed him
When she fed him, she saw him smiling
"nothing should happen to you especially because of me" she thought
"Uhm Aidan I will not be able to see you from tomorrow going, I have a serious issue at work and it might take week to resolve" she said
"Ok" he said and she was glad he didn't ask questions and maybe he noticed how nervous she was and sounded, he wanted to ask if it was because of that guy and if she was facing more problems because of him
Aidan was discharged and Lena video called him every day to make sure he was alright whilst she was working on different jobs to pay the guy as soon as possible so she could come back to his side
Aidan had informed their manager about being sick after he was stabbed to avoid them finding out and making an issue out of it
they were just doing some tv programs and stuff for that month so he was safe
Every time after having a conversation with Aidan she will squeeze into a corner and cry.
She was fighting a big battle she has no choice than to continue fighting even though she really wants to quit her opponents wasn't making her do so
"How much do I owe you?" She asked the guy who stabbed Aidan
"600"
"I will get you your money in two weeks, give me your number" she said and he left
She quietly typed the amount on her phone to do list amongst other things, screenshot it and used as her screensaver
She kept looking at her phone every time she works, she got the money and paid him off
The day she gave him the money
"You're lucky you kept your word, now you will never see me again" the guy said and left
She squatted down and cried her eyes out, she was glad she was able to and she was really tired. She had to do different jobs in a day, she couldn't even sleep properly but she was happy too she could finally go back to Aidan but her happiness turned to sorrows Aidan's dad was beaten to almost death, he was admitted in the intensive care unit of the hospital, he was in a critical condition and his mom blamed him for it
"Your wish is to see him die right, here he lies kill him yourself you ungrateful creature from the devil. If you father dies it will be your fault" his mom said
"I never wished for him this condition but isn't it his fault I told him to stop gambling and he refused. Now it's the same gambling addiction that brought him to this condition"
"Shut up! If only you had given him more money to settle his debts he wouldn't be in this condition so it's your fault" his mom said
"Haven't I given enough? How many times have I given him money, mom I have given you guys enough…you two receive more than half of my earnings but that still isn't enough for you guys, that time and time again you still asked me for more and even with that not once have I refused you guys, the money he wanted was too much but I was still making arrangements for it but you still blame me?! Mom I am a young man, I need to save and plan for my future too"
