Hong Haoyu's transformation stunned Lu Zheng and Shu Mingling greatly. They were so shocked that they couldn't utter a single word.
Every hundred millennia, the Heavenly Dao would give birth to five people who were the living embodiments of a single path.
The five children were said to have Supreme Physiques of fire, ice, wind, earth and lightning. They were the children of the Heavenly Dao and would be taken care by it.
These five all had incomprehensible cultivation speed and were guaranteed to reach the Eternal realm if they survived. The only flaw to the Supreme Physique was that their meridians were easily destroyed during cultivation due to the fierce absorption of ambient Qi.
This was why Hong Haoyu had sealed his meridians partially to avoid crippling his cultivation.
"Ahhh!" Hong Haoyu let out an ear-piercing scream as an intense cold flowed from his body. "Go now!"
"Hmm" Lu Zheng and Shu Mingling nodded and quickly left.
A cold gaze formed on Hong Haoyu's face as he muttered: "Secret Ice Technique: Realm Skip!"
Hong Haoyu's aura reached the second tier of Sky realm and then stopped growing, stabilising itself.
The ambient Qi flowed into Hong Haoyu's meridians like an unstoppable beast on a rampage, forming a dense vortex of ice Qi around him.
At the same time, forty six ice blades formed in the sky before raining down on Hong Haoyu, entering his body. Every single ice blade that entered his body would improve his aura by a considerable margin.
The forty six ice blades transformed into ice path dao imprints that engraved themselves on Hong Haoyu's body.
Unlike normal martial practitioners, Hong Haoyu didn't undergo the fierce white lightning tribulation that people underwent when breaking through to the Sky realm.
As a child of the Heavenly Dao, he gained dao imprints through a mild method.
"Supreme Ice Physique!" Yue Bolin exclaimed.
"You there, let's do battle" Hong Haoyu smiled as an ice sabre formed in his hand.
"Show me the strength of the Supreme Physique" Yue Bolin's battle lust was ignited.
His body turned brown and his aura became livelier. The trees around them began to grow verdant leaves due to Yue Bolin's presence.
"Wood path?" Hong Haoyu raised his eyebrows as he flew into the air. Multiple thorns made of ice then shot at Yue Bolin.
Smirking, Yue Bolin waved his hand which now looked like a branch and a thick wall of wood approached, blocking the ice. The wall of ice then constricted, sending back the ice thorns.
The ice thorns pierced Hong Haoyu but he didn't feel any pain. The holes on his body began to regrow and soon, it was totally healed. Even his right eye had already regrown.
"Hmph!" Leaves began to grow out of Yue Bolin's body till he looked like a walking tree.
He formed a net of vines to surround Hong Haoyu after which they constricted with a strong force.
From inside the ball of constricted vines, Hong Haoyu's voice sounded: "Let me treat you to true power"
Translucent ice spikes jutted out of Hong Haoyu's body, piercing the ball of vines that wrapped his body.
Hong Haoyu flew out of the ball of vines to reveal his new form. His body was translucent like ice with white flowing hair and the temperature around him was well below zero.
Even the air seemed to be freezing over.
Moving forward slowly while mid-air, Hong Haoyu then said: "This is the perfect body of the Supreme Ice Physique it has instant regeneration and the ability to control the ambient ice Qi. If you do not give it your all, I'd end your life instantly"
"Hmph!" Yue Bolin snorted as his brownish skin turned lush green as leaves grew from it at an amazing rate.
He slowly landed on the ground and almost instantly, his legs grew roots which extended into the earth. His body began to absorb Qi uncontrollably as the wood path dao imprints on his body shined brightly.
His aura felt invincible.
"I might not be able to fight for the next two weeks but it surely is worth it. Battling a Supreme Physique to the death, the thought alone is exciting"
"Absolute Zero" Hong Haoyu said.
Suddenly, the grass which had appeared due to Yue Bolin's transformation froze instantly and lumps of snow began to form. The leaves on Yue Bolin also started to lose their life-force.
"Hmph! Child's play!" Yue Bolin retorted as the dying leaves immediately turned verdant green as vines popped out of the earth. The vines had long, thick and sharp thorns which jutted towards Hong Haoyu.
