As the sun sets behind the mountains in the west, the city lights glow across the Las Vegas valley. A white Mercedes pulls up to the parking lot next to the Circa hotel and Main Street. Carolyn parks the car, turning it off. She breathes as she opens the car door and exits her car. She walks out towards the corner spot of Ogden and Main. Carolyn grabs the note that the lady gave her. She looks up at the Circa hotel parking garage.
"Does she mean the Circa Parking Garage?" Carolyn thought to herself. She flies on top of the parking garage. The area is empty. The lights on the edge of the parking lot shine across the area, along with the flashing glittering neon lights from the Circa hotel and Fremont Street. The wind starts to blow softly in the air. Carolyn looks at her phone to check the time.
9:00 pm. Thursday, March 24th, 2022
A notification pops up on her phone. A text message from Oscar.
"Just checking up on you. Are you going to be home late, sweetheart?"
Carolyn smiles. She opens up the message.
"Yeah, don't worry about me. I'll be home soon, running a quick errand. <3"
"Okay, I'll leave the door unlocked just in case you come home around midnight. Love you."
"Love you too, Oscar."
She turns off her phone, putting it back into her pocket. Carolyn walks over to the edge of the parking garage, looking down at the tourist from Fremont Street Experience.
"So beautiful to see Fremont Street again~" Carolyn said, smiling softly.
"Right, it's breathtaking to see this at night." The lady said, appearing behind Carolyn. Her long red dragon tail circled around her, the tip of the tail touched Carolyn's face. She smacks it away. The tip comes back again, poking her cheek. Carolyn grabs the tip of the tail, clenching it hard in her hand.
"What the hell, stop it!" Carolyn yells at the tail, letting it go. The tail swings Carolyn off the edge, back onto the parking street. The tail swings her around the area. Carolyn's eyes widen as she screams in fear.
"PUT ME DOWN!" Carolyn screams. The tail swings her over to the edge of the parking lot, having her hang off the street. Carolyn looks down. Her eyes widened in fear.
"NO! NOOO! Please, I had enough of HEIGHTS! I already did Slotzilla at Fremont. THAT'S ENOUGH FOR ME! PUT ME DOWN!!"
"You weren't afraid when you were thousands of feet in the air at the Stratosphere tower though, Carolyn." The lady said, laughing. Carolyn looks at her in fear.
"Janet! That's different. HANGING FROM A HIGH PLACE IS TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!'
"Not when you are only 100 feet from the ground."
"JANET! PUT ME DOWN!"
"Okay!" The lady's tail fastly dips Carolyn down the street. Carolyn screams.
"I MEAN IT!"
The lady laughs. Her tail slowly brings Carolyn back onto the parking area, gently dropping Carolyn onto the pavement. She breathes rapidly, laying herself down.
"Holy shit…Janet…"
"Remember when I used to do that back in the day? I would randomly pick you up, catching you off guard. I just wanted to see you smile again." the lady laughed. Carolyn smirks, getting herself back up.
"There it is!" she continued.
"Janis Laverty… You haven't changed since you left to fight in the Genocide war."
"Why would I change for the world?" Janis laughs. "I mean, passing away and coming back alive is one thing. My body wasn't the same when I came back. I looked horrible."
"I heard when I saw the autopsy pictures on the news."
"Now, I have this newer body with the same powers and looks as when I was younger. I feel better. I don't even look like my age."
Janis walks over to a light pole, leaning against it. She grabs her box of herbal cigarettes, grabs one stick from the box, and puts one end in her mouth. Janis snaps her finger, creating a spark of pink fire in her finger, lighting the cigarette. She puts it out as she inhales and exhales the herbal smoke out of her mouth.
"You look good for your age. You tell me, do I look like I'm in my 80s?"
Janis laughs. "No! You looked younger since the last time I saw you."
Carolyn laughs, leaning on the light pole with Janis. Janis gives her the box of cigarettes.
"Do you smoke?" Janis asks.
"I don't smoke. What are those anyway?" Carolyn sniffs the air. "It smells like mango."
"These are herbal cigarettes. No nicotine and tobacco. Shit, it calms me down sometimes when I feel like my anxiety increases when I go into hiding."
"Yeah, that sounds like a scam."
"Not really, it's better than Marijuana." She said, putting out the ashes on the ground.
"But still, I don't smoke. I am the mayor and I don't have time to take a drug test."
"I'm not forcing you to try it by the way." Janis said, "I'm more of a social smoker. I only smoke when I'm talking to someone."
"I thought you smoke when you have anxiety?"
"Not all the time, though."
"Oh," Carolyn said. "I guess trying it out won't hurt."
Carolyn grabs one cigarette stick from the box, putting it in her mouth. She grabs her lighter out of her pocket, lighting the cigarette. She inhales and exhales the smoke out of her mouth as she grabs the stick with her fingers.
"That isn't so bad. Wait a minute. This isn't a drug, right?"
Janis laughs. Carolyn pushes her playfully.
"It's not a drug. Trust me; I wouldn't mess with it if it were."
"Okay," Carolyn said, removing the ashes from her stick. She inhales and exhales the smoke from her stick again. "What made you go into hiding for all those years? What happened to you?"
Janis exhales the smoke. Putting her cigarette out. "It's a long story."
Janis' Memory starts to flashback.
05 June 2000. 9 PM
A fragment of beeping noises from the heart machine can be heard in the background of a silent room. Doctors and EMTs rush into the room, trying to revive Janis's body.
"Doctors from the hospital tried to revive me after finding me in a deserted area outside of Las Vegas."
The doctor bursts into the revival room. Surgeons grab the revival stones and their surgeon tools. The surgeons cut through her chest, putting one of the stones in her heart. The doctor shocks her body. Nothing. The doctors took out the revival stone from Janis's heart.
"No luck. The doctors had no choice but to cut off life support or let my body take its course." Janis said.
Beep… Beep… Beep…
"My body recovered naturally on its own."
Beep… Beep… Beep…
Janis wakes up, confused about where she is. She touches her body, feeling the scars and burns from the fight. She looks at her hands. The skin looks bruised and off-colored. The light from the sun, beaming from the window, blinds her. Janis shields her eyes from the bright sun. The doctor walks in.
"Janis Laverty?"
Janis turns her head to look at the doctor.
"Where am I?" Janis asks. "How long have I been dead?"
"Well, you have been dead since two days after the Dragon genocide war."
Janis fell silent as her eyes widened. "Two days?"
"Two days. Your heart couldn't take in any revival stones. However, your body luckily recovered on its own. Lucky Dragon powers, I see?"
"Well, yes, that is my form of power. How come I couldn't take in any revival stones?"
"Your body reacted to the stones pretty badly and rejected them. That's because they shock you without letting it sink in. Revivals are not those doctor's specialties, unfortunately."
"You telling me? They were killing me more than helping me?"
"Yes ma'am."
"What should I do once I get out of the hospital?"
"My advice, watch your body, there isn't much we can do at this point."
"After I left the hospital… My body started to deteriorate as the days went by…"
Janis walks slowly to the kitchen in her house. She groans in agony as the pain in her body spreads. She touches the counter, laying her arms and head on top of the counter.
"Shit…"
"My husband, Danny, wanted to know what happened until he saw my body deteriorating. He left me to rot. My neighbors and their kids just made it worse about my appearance. Along with the news making it a scene, of course, associating me with Bob Miller. They thought that I became the reason why the genocide happened."
Janis walks out of the house slowly. Her neighbors and their kids walk by Janis's house. The kid looks at her and points.
"Mommy, look, it's Janis!"
Janis looks up and smiles. The mother looks at the child and looks at Janis. Her smile changed to a frown.
"She's the reason why your father is gone." The mother said, grabbing the child by the hand, walking away.
Janis's smile slowly turns into a frown.
"Bob lied. I saved the Dragons from being an endangered power species in Las Vegas, not kill them more. As years went by, nobody believed me, including my husband. He treated me like a criminal. He divorced me and left me. I started to become depressed. My body started to hurt more as I decided to go into hiding for the first time but I never pursued it.
As the moon shines through the window of Janis's room. Janis hangs up the phone with the police. Janis goes in her dresser, finding a gun. She unlocks the safety on the gun as she puts her gun up to her head. She looks at the moon shining bright over the mountains of Summerlin.
"So I ended the pain by committing suicide."
BANG…
Janis's body drops on the bed, blood leaking from her head, oozing out onto her blanket of her bed.
"The police found me dead on my bed. They quickly rushed me to the hospital."
As the ambulance arrived at Summerlin Hospital, the doctors and EMTs rushed to the revival rooms. One of the surgeons started to examine Janis's body.
"This isn't good."
"What is it?" One of the surgeons asks.
"Have you seen this body? It's burnt up and just rotting. Most of her skin is just peeling."
"Most dead bodies have deteriorating skin."
"Her autopsy said that she was found from the genocide, revivied naturally but the doctors in Las Vegas made it worse by shocking her and putting an fake revival stone in her heart."
"The stones were fake?!"
"Unfortunately, They were. The actual stones ran out after trying to save mostly every dragon that were taken out from the Genocide. Of corse they save the person that started the genocide, Bob miller."
"What should we do? We can't give an revival stone to anyone that committed suicide with a gunshot wound to the head."
The surgeon thinks for a moment. She looks at Janis's body again, looking at her head and her brain in a tray.
"Her brain is still fresh, we can probably fix her body and replace her blood with a blood transplant."
"Let's do it."
The surgeon puts Janis's brain in the freezer, the other surgeons start skinning the dead skin cells on her body.
"The surgeons started to work on my body for a few years. After I fully recovered. I ended up going into hiding again and this time for revenge."
15 July 2017; 9:45pm
The moon shines over Michele's Grand Teton house, A tall white man with long dark green dragon tail circling around him. Michele smiles.
"I never thought you would do the Genocide, Bob. I thought you were bullshitting when we first met." Michele said.
"Yeah, at least I had a plan to get rid of those dangerous mobsters and put them in their place. Which means putting other dragons in areas that will be executed for good." Bob said.
"Oooh dangerous~ Come on in before it gets cold…"
Michele walks in the house, Bob follows her inside. Janis drops onto the marble pavement driveway, walking into the house. She slowly closes the door behind her. Bob walks in the living room, sitting down on the couch. Janis's long tail slithers towards Bob. He grabs his dagger and stabs her tail. She squeals.
"Janis… come out."
Janis walks out to the living room. "Bob Miller…"
"What do you want? I thought I killed you during the fight?"
"What do I want? Oh! It should be CLEAR what I want. Why did you tell everyone that I caused the genocide?"
"Whoelse is going to take the blame for the damages? I can lose my powers if everyone finds out that I started it. Besides, they only believe in me and only me. Did you forget that I was the governor when you were mayor at the time. You never did anything to save the dragons from being extinct from Las Vegas."
"I did save those dragons that were going to be extinct. You think you're 'saving Las Vegas' from danger because most of the mobsters were Dragon demons. You must be out of your damn mind creating a genocide to put not only them in danger BUT EVERYONE ELSE IN DANGER! and you call yourself a hero?!"
"I do." Bob said, bluntly. "And you call yourself a hero by fighting me? The god of Nevada. You aren't supposed to fight me, you should've stayed in your own lane like everyone else."
"YOU ARE A TRAITOR TO YOUR OWN POWER FORM SPECIES!"
"Actually you are–" Bob stands up from the couch. He walks towards Janis. "Face it Laverty, You're not a hero, Janis. You're a mistake to ever exist. I prove to everyone that dragons are nothing but trouble and guess what… you just prove to me that they're still nothing but trouble."
Bob backs Janis into a wall. He grabs his dagger, putting it up to Janis's neck. Janis's eyes widened.
"Now, leave this house and if you tell anyone about me. You'll be sorry."
"Sorry about what? Telling the whole Vegas valley what you did? You caused this to happen."
Bob cuts Janis's face, causing her eye and mouth to bleed. She squeals.
"What did I say?! Tell them or get killed. Now get out!"
"Fuck off, Miller."
Janis pushes Bob away from her, walking out of Michele's house. Michele walks into the living room, and Bob looks at her.
"Who the hell was that in my house?" Michele asks.
"Janis Laverty. She and I fought during the Genocide war." Bob said. "Is it possible to put a watch and put a hit on her if she tells everyone about the genocide that I did."
"It's not possible. I can do that."
"How much do I owe you?" Bob asks. Michele smirks.
"You don't have to pay in cash~ You owe me a great time~" Michele's eyes turned pink as she grabbed his tie, pulling Bob into her room.
"I told everyone without hesitation, in secret. I had a feeling that someone was watching me. So I went into hiding officially. Changing names and Identities so I won't get caught."
The flashback ends. Janis grabs another cigarette stick from her box. Carolyn does the same.
"Is Bob's bitch ass still alive?" Carolyn asks.
"I don't know– all I know is that he's working for Michele's mafia after he sends out her members to look for me." Janis said. Carolyn grabs her lighter, she clicks it open for the flame to light up both her and Janis's cigarettes. They both inhale the smoke.
"I haven't seen his ass and I was in Michele's mafia for years." Carolyn said, exhaling the smoke.
"You were?!"
Carolyn shushes Janis. Janis stays silent. She spoke up.
"You were?" She whispered.
"I was forced to join her mafia, I had no choice. I couldn't get out of it for nothing. I was her underdonna. I did everything to please her, kill for her, destroy facilities. Etc. I even destroyed Henderson during the massacre. I lost everyone I loved. I even lost–"
"Debra?" Janis spoke up. "She told me what happened because I didn't believe you would do something like that. I still don't. You won't even destroy anything, you did it out of impulse."
Carolyn breathes. "More I think about her, the more I feel bad. I remember how devastated she was during the aftermath of the massacre. And she forgives me–"
"At least someone forgives your actions, I couldn't get anyone to believe that I saved a whole dragon demon population from being endangered. But to be FORGIVEN? Nope. They only believe in Bob."
"That's the same with Michele. Almost the whole valley believes in everything she says about me, making me look like the bad guy." Carolyn said.
"Me and you both."
Silence fills the air. Carolyn spoke up.
"I want her gone, so I have a plan to dismantle her mafia once and for all."
Janis looks at Carolyn. "You want to dismantle Michele's mafia?"
"Yes! Why? You think I can't do that?"
"What, no! I think you can but not by yourself." Janis said, looking at Carolyn. Winking at her. "Let me help you Carol, we can create our own mafia! A mafia of fighters."
Carolyn smiles softly. She puts the cigarette back in her mouth, inhaling and exhaling the smoke.
"Oscar said the same thing this morning." Carolyn chuckled. She looks at the sky as the wind blows around the duo. Carolyn looks in the distance, darkness of a silhouette of Michele standing far away from her. Her heart drops and her eyes widened in fear. Janis exhales the smoke.
"Hows Oscar anyways?"
Carolyn froze, she nodded. "H-he's doing fine.."
Janis looks at Carolyn. "Carolyn? Carolyn, are you okay?"
Carolyn stays silent as the silhouette stands there smirking in the darkness.
"No… No.. NO! GO AWAY!" Carolyn yelled, closing her eyes. Janis looks around the parking area, she sees the silhouette of Michele. She looks at Carolyn, hugging her. Tears came down on Carolyn's face.
"Aww what's wrong? Are you crying that I keep showing up knowing that you can't dismantle me?"
"Look missy, I don't know who you are but you need to stop scaring Carolyn—"
"Oh Janis, I didn't know you're even alive." the silhouette said, walking out the shadows. Janis's eyes widened. "I thought Bob killed you already after you snitched on him plenty of times."
"That's michele?" Janis whispered to Carolyn. Carolyn nods.
"What are you doing here?"
"I'm checking up on Carolyn, making sure she doesn't do anything stupid." Michele said.
"What makes you think that? If she would do something stupid, she wouldn't tell you."
"Oh yeah… Well word across town said that Carolyn is trying to dismantle my Mafia? Is that correct?"
"I don't know what you're talking about."
"I wasn't even asking you. I'm asking the person that you're hugging." Michele said, she walked towards Carolyn. "Is that Correct?"
Carolyn doesn't respond. Michele starts to get angry.
"ANSWER ME, CAROLYN! AM I CORRECT OR NOT?!"
Carolyn nods no. "No…" She muttered.
"What?"
"She said no, now move it!" Janis spoke up. Michele looks at her, pissed.
"Mind your fucking buisness."
"No, fuck off. Her business is my business, now beat it you little whore of a slut."
Michele's eyes widened, flabbergasted.
"What did you call me?"
"A little whore slut." Janis repeated, bluntly. Michele gets angrier. Her height grows up to 6 feet as her eyes turn purple. Her demon horns appear on her head. Janis looks at Michele.
"You want to repeat that, blondie?"
"I said what I said, 'Little whore slu–'."
Michele grabs Janis by the neck, slamming her towards the ground. Janis coughs up blood. Carolyn's eyes widened.
"I wouldn't say something like that, Janis… You wouldn't want me to tell Bob that you told everyone in the valley that he done the genocide now would you?"
"F-fuck off."
Michele slams Janis on the ground again. Janis groans in pain. "Want to say that again, blondie?"
"Let her go, Michele! She didn't do anything wrong to you?" Carolyn yells.
"Shut up, Carolyn! Let this be a warning," Michele lets go of Janis. She walks up to Carolyn. "If I find out that you're trying to dismantle my mafia, trying to ruin my plans. I will make sure you'll pay and it won't be pretty. I suggest you come back or get fucked in the ass. Everyone will get fucked in the ass, that means you, Oscar, Janis, or your little 'girlfriend' Debra. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes.. ma'am." Carolyn muttered. Michele slaps Carolyn in the face hard. She covers her mouth as she looks at Michele. Michele disappears in the air. Silence fills the air. Carolyn angrily sheds tears in her eyes. Red lightning sparks around her as she clenches her fist and punches the light pole, causing it to go out. The sparks of lightning spread across the parking lot, hitting all the light poles, knocking them out. She screams in pure anger, sliding down onto the ground. Janis slowly turns her head to look at Carolyn, crying in anger. She slowly sits up, crawling towards Carolyn. Janis places her hand on her leg.
"Carolyn…"
"I'm sorry…she's.. She's like that."
"Hey…hey… it's alright…" Janis said, slowly sitting up and hugging Carolyn. Janis lays Carolyn's head on her chest. She breathes.
"I can't continue to live in pain…I need her to go…I just don't know how to dismantle her mafia without her knowing."
"If you want to dismantle her mafia without her knowing. Go into hiding and build your mafia in secret." Janis said. "It's more efficient and it helps too. We just have to find people that are willing to help you fight her."
"How can I do that when I'm still the mayor? Everyone will find out."
"I was the mayor too. Most of the places that I've been in around town are good hiding spots. Unless you want to change your identity."
"Oh no Janis. I think I'll take the hiding route but changing my identity would be a bit too much." Carolyn said, sliding herself up off Janis's chest.
"Well, if it helps, I can help you go into hiding. Without changing identities. Is that okay with you?"
Carolyn nods and smiles. "Yeah. That helps. Thanks Janis."
"Aw.. You don't have to thank me. I like helping people out. Don't worry." Janis said, softly smiling. Carolyn smiles as well. Janis slowly gets up. She looks up at the sky and looks at Carolyn.
"Oh by the way. Happy Birthday." She continued, Carolyn looking at Janis shockley confused as her eyes widened.
"My birthday isn't until tomorrow? What time is it?" Carolyn asks.
"It's midnight. The moon either gets brighter or disappears around this hour. Tonight, it's getting brighter and getting bigger as well."
Carolyn looks at her phone, checking the time.
Friday, 25 March, 2022: 12:01am
She looks up at the moon. Her eyes widened.
"Debra.." Carolyn thought as she started to blush. She gets up from the ground while she continues to look at the moon, mesmerized. "Wow…It's so beautiful…" Janis smiles. She walks up behind Carolyn and touches her shoulder.
"I watch the moon, let it run my mood. Can't stop thinking of you~" Janis sings as she disappears.
"Where's that fro-" Carolyn turns around and sees the whole empty parking lot. "Janis?"
She looks around. "She's gone." She said, Carolyn walks to the edge of the parking lot. She jumps and flies to her car. She unlocks her car, opens the door and gets in her car. As the car door closes. Carolyn breathes as she lowers her seat back, looking at the sky from her sunroof. She closes her eyes. A flashback plays in her head.
Sunday, 5 November 2017: 8pm
Debra and Carolyn walk up to Debra's front door, holding hands. Debra grabs her house keys, unlocking the door.
"Did you have fun, Deb?" Carolyn asks.
"Fun? I had a great time! Thanks for taking me out on this date, Carolyn." Debra said, opening the door. Debra walks in first as Carolyn follows behind her.
"Aww, You're welcome."
Carolyn closes the door behind her, locking it. Debra turns on the lights in her house. She turns around, looking at Carolyn. Carolyn softly smiles at her.
"So…what should we do now?"
"We should settle down first. I need to rest from walking a lot on Fremont Street. My feet are KILLING me!" Carolyn said, taking off her shoes.
"Good idea. My feet are killing me too." Debra said, taking her shoes off and walking upstairs.
"Feel free to go into the living room. I'll be down in a minute."
"Take your time."
Carolyn walks off to the living room. She sits down on the couch, laying her head on the headboard of the couch. She breathes.
"Please, I hope Michele doesn't notice that I won't do the massacre in Henderson tonight." Carolyn thought.
Debra walks back downstairs with a lighter. She walks up to her desk, lighting up a candle. The fire from the candle let out a cinnamon smell around the living room. She dims the lights in the room and walks over to Carolyn, sitting on her lap. Carolyn looks at Debra.
"Aww… What's wrong? Why the long face?" Debra asks.
"I don't know if you want to know."
"Please? You don't have to if you don't want to."
"Well…just to summarize what's happening, I don't want to hurt people."
"What do you mean by 'hurt people'?"
"I can't say where it will be but it's going to be devastating. I have to do this assignment and If I don't I can get killed."
Debra sits there in confusion, thinking. She realizes. "Oh! Oh…. wait… you're in Michele's mafia aren't you?"
"Forced. I was forced into the mafia." Carolyn said. Debra stays silent. "I'm sorry that I've kept this secret from you. I didn't want you to be upset with me–"
Debra hugs Carolyn. Carolyn pauses. Debra breaks up the hug and looks at Carolyn.
"It's okay, I forgive you." Debra said.
"Wait…Why do you forgive me? You hate Michele and her mafia."
"I do but I forgive you. At least your honest about it instead of lying. I kind of knew that you were in it but I wanted to hear you say it." Debra grabs Carolyn's scarf, twirling around her fingers. "Besides, I like a wrath demon that is honest~ I think they're pretty hot and dominative."
Carolyn blushes. Her face turns red, laying on Debra's chest, chuckling nervously. Debra chuckles.
"Deb, I can't be dominating you." Carolyn said, looking up at Debra. "I don't want to hurt you. This is just our first date, don't you think you want to take things slow?"
"We can do that if you want. But I noticed that you were looking at me a lot. I don't wear this dress often."
"Well, the dress you have on matches the beauty of your green eyes." Carolyn said, lifting up Debra's hand, and kissing it. Debra blushes and chuckles.
"No, you were looking at way more than my dress. You were getting so red when you were looking at my body. You want me, do you?"
Carolyn's face turns red even more. "Noo… I mean, if you put it that way. Maybe I do want you. To kiss your pretty face~"
"Then kiss me~"
Carolyn smirks. Debra and Carolyn slowly lean in towards each other, starting to kiss one another. Their tongues intertwine with each other, going for a french kiss. Carolyn slowly breaks the kiss. Saliva oozes out from their mouths. Debra softly smiles. Carolyn smiles as well. She kisses Debra again. Carolyn careses Debra's leg, grabbing them as she stands up from the couch, carrying Debra. Debra stops the kiss, blushing and chuckling. She wraps her arms around Carolyn's neck.
"Aww… Why can't we continue kissing on the couch?" Debra asks.
"I have a better idea. Plus, it wouldn't be a good idea if I throw you onto the couch while I continue to ravage your pretty face with kisses."
"Ohh~ aww… we can go upstairs to my room." Debra said, dropping from Carolyn's hands. "I can make it really feel more intimately exciting~"
"You really want me to dominate you, hm?~" Carolyn smirks at Debra. "Meet me upstairs and I'll give you anything you want~"
Debra chuckles, kissing Carolyn. "Okay my handsome demon princess~"
Debra walks upstairs to her room. She turns on her moon orbs and dims the lights as she grabs her lighter, lighting the candles. A sudden breeze blew across the room. The breeze filled the room with a luscious cherry blossom scent. Debra sniffs the air.
"Ooo~ cherry blossom smell… that smells familiar?"
A hand with sharp nails slowly caresses her torso to Debra's chest. The hand slowly goes up to her neck, caressing her chin.
"That's because your demon princess is here to save you~" the lady said. Debra's body releases chills of Lust.
"Oh Carolyn~"
"You get your cute little ass on that bed please~" Carolyn said, smirking with Lust on her face. Debra blushes harder, turning her face red. Her eyes turned light pink.
"Ohh! Yes!~, Yes, ma'am!~"
Debra gets on the bed, Carolyn follows her on top. Kissing her as Debra lays down on the bed. Carolyn breaks the kiss as she kisses Debra's neck. Debra let out a small moan. Carolyn's phone rings. Carolyn stops and froze. Debra looks at Carolyn.
"What's wrong? Are you okay? We can stop if you want to?" Debra asks. Carolyn grabs her phone from her pocket quickly.
"It's Michele… of course." Carolyn said. She shifts herself on the edge of the bed, answering her phone. Debra sits up and hugs Carolyn from behind.
"Where the fuck are you?!" Michele yells.
"Michele…I'm in Henderson and I told you. I'm not doing it. NONE of it."
"Oh you are… I told you—If you don't do what I say. I'll kill you."
"Well kill me then! I'm not doing it. End of discussion. I'm not going to kill a bunch of people in Henderson because of your shit. I don't want to hurt the new mayor of Henderson."
"Fuck the new mayor— I can care less about her. Now go out there and do the massacre like I said NOW!"
"I'm… not…doing it."
"NOW MOTHERFUCKER!"
Michele hangs up the phone. Carolyn breathes and gets up from the bed angrily, waking out of the room. Debra watches her leave, she gets up and walks out of the room watching Carolyn leave out the front door. Debra runs downstairs, running out the door.
"Carolyn!"
Carolyn stops and walks up to Debra.
"Debra, please go back inside. I don't want you to get hurt."
"Carolyn please, tell me what's going on. Are you okay?"
Carolyn sighs. "I'll tell you later. If I make it back alive. Is that okay?"
Debra fell silent and sighs.
"Yeah… Please be safe out there."
"I will." Carolyn said. She and Debra kisses each other. Carolyn walks away to her car. She unlocks the door and gets in her car. She breathes. The flashback ends. Carolyn quickly wakes up. The night sky fades from black and blue. Carolyn grabs her phone to look at the time.
Friday, 25 March 2022 5:09am
Carolyn breathes and rubs her eyes. She sits up as she puts her seat up. She starts up the car, yawning.
"Alright Carolyn… pull yourself together. You can't just stay out here like this. We have a mission to accomplish."
Carolyn drives off, heading back to her home. Michele appears in the parking lot. Watching Carolyn driving away.
"Carolyn is about to dismantle my mafia, hm? You think you can take me down?" Michele scoffs. "We'll see about that."
Michele chuckles and disappears into the air.
