Jenny continued to keep her mouth shut. However, Elise nudged her.
"Jenny, they're asking for you," Elise whispered, startling Jenny.
"Why do you want to meet me?" Carter asked again, staring sharply at Jenny.
"I... I..." Jenny stammered, afraid to meet they eyes of the mafia boss in front of her.
"Yes? What is it? Speak clearly," Carter snapped, slamming the table, causing everyone in the room to jump in surprise.
Jenny took a deep breath and exhaled to calm herself.
"I want you to eliminate someone," Jenny said in one breath.
"What will I get if I succesfully eliminate them?" he asked, staring intensely at Jenny.
"Anything you want," Jenny replied without hesitation.
"You all, leave. I want to speak with her alone," Carter said.
Without asking further questions, they left the room. After they left and the door was securely closed, Carter approached Jenny.
