Chapter 25 - [Bonus chapter]25. Unreasonable

"You're so unreasonable." Brenda was afraid and stomped her feet in annoyance. She didn't know what she could do and could only make trouble on her own.

"Since you are also so unreasonable, why can't we be unreasonable?" Anna asked back. Her tone was calm and indifferent.

She knew that Lucy was impulsive, but she still controlled her strength very well. If Lucy didn't hold back, it was estimated that a few teeth would be broken. Now, he just felt that it was painful.

"That's…"

"You're the one who asked for help, but you are acting righteously. What right do you have to order her?" Dylan looked at the group of people and shook his head. "Also, my room is here and I don't like seeing you guys clamoring in my corridor. Do you need me to invite you out or will you do it by yourself?"

Invite you out was clearly polite words, but they knew that Dylan was telling them that if they didn't go as soon as possible, he would kick them out with his own way.

Anyway, they were the one who was unreasonable here.

Why can't he be unreasonable too?

To deal with unreasonable people, the best method was to use another unreasonable method to face them.

This way, they would not lose in the slightest bit.

"We…"

Andy stopped Jake before the latter could speak. "It's not like the water has truly reach the 5th floor. When it truly reaches the fifth floor, we can try to come here again or think of other countermeasure."

They wanted to come here in order to make sure that they could stay safely in a safe area. But looking at the situation, the other party would not let them go peacefully.

Since that was the case, they had to prepare a backup plan, which was to step back down temporarily.

As for whether they would truly step back later, that was another matter to think about.

Jake furrowed his eyebrows.

He wanted to ask Anna not to be too hard on him but in the end, he said nothing. The three people around Anna were still looking in his direction.

Jake also recognized them as Anna's friends who were very troublesome to deal with. He had fought against the two boys when they were younger and at that time, he was beaten up until there was no trace left.

It was very miserable.

Thankfully, they all entered different High School, so there was no chance for them to meet each other. Jake didn't need to suffer being beaten up again and again.

"We're leaving."

With their words, the four of them made way and Lucy immediately pulled Anna behind her.

The corridor was quite wide and the five of them quickly left. Brenda still looked in their direction resentfully, but she didn't do anything.

Drap! Drap! Drap!

Their footsteps could be heard from the stairs.

"They might come again in the future." Mark looked at their back and thought about it. "Jake is not the type of person who will give up so easily if he wants something."

The three boys didn't have compatible relationship. This was why they often fought against each other when they were young. But it was also because of their fight that they understood the other party better.

"How about setting a door in the corridor?" Dylan asked. "I mean, the anti theft door or something like that.

The others looked at each other and nodded.

The anti theft door will be harder to break. At the very least, they couldn't really expect the group of pampered young master and young miss to be so strong, right?

"Maybe we should set one too upstairs. At the very least, it can give us alarm before they want to enter." Lucy pointed upstairs. Since she and Mark has been trained in the school, they have higher vigilance than ordinary people.

But it didn't mean that they were invisible. So to be on the safe side, it would be better for them to set up one for themselves.

"That will be a good idea." Mark agreed.

"I only have one." Dylan was a bit embarrassed. He originally prepared the door in case someone wanted to come and trouble him and Anna in this floor. This way, he could set the door and made sure that they would be able to stay protected to a certain degree.

After all, it wouldn't be easy to picklock this antitheft door.

"I have one too," Anna added quietly.

She was browsing the space with her mind and found that there were a stack of them at one side. There were too many items in her space and even if she had categorized them depending on their function, use, and so on, most of them were still bundled together.

There was also a stack of anti thefts door there.

"Great, we can set it up in the 16th and 17th floor!"
