Kicking and slapping the ground, Rizz wasn't sure whether he'd gotten a second wind or whether his body was on the brink of shutting down. All the same, he laughed and laughed and laughed…
His infectious chortles and snickers eventually got the kindhearted Gillee to join in too. Gone was the heavy air from before.
Gillee occasionally asked more questions regarding all the different brews of the night. Though Rizz never spilled any recipes, it did bring Gillee's attention to a capped pitcher.
"... Is that the cleanser? You didn't throw it out?"
"Hell no I didn't throw it out!" Rizz cleaned out one of his ears with a finger. "I used up all of my herbs to make these. And you think I would just dump them in the woods? I'm bottling 'em up and taking them with me!"
Without thinking, Gillee heaved a sigh of relief.
