My eyes fluttered open as my head throbbed in pain, the heat emitting from my body was enough to cause me to stir round the small space, trying to adjust my body to ease but the deep arch in my bones was too much of a mountain to climb. Whimpering, I gently glanced around, taking in my surroundings. 'Where am I?' I mumbled, with the dryness of my throat hitting me to the core. Trying to sit up from my position, a well familiar voice echoed through the space, immediately bringing my attention to her. I was met with those hazel orbs staring at me with concern.
"You are at the hospital"
"What happened?" I turned away from her, ignoring my desperate taste for liquid and adjusted my back at the headboard after supporting it with a pillow. It was not easy but I had to push through the pain.
