After she had pulled away from the kiss. She felt as though something had changed dramatically. She knew that what she had done was wrong. And she had managed to turn what had been the first real and civil moment that they had into an awkward one.
He didn't say anything as he only stared at her for a long moment. She didn't know what was going on in his head but she had to hurry to get off him. She knew that he wasn't going to prosecute her for being that close to him.
She moved off the bed and it seemed as though what seemed to frustrate her even more was that he hadn't said anything to her. She felt angst while several thoughts rang through her head. "I am sorry". She muttered.
He only hummed at her in response after a long minute. She didn't know what any of it meant but she didn't want to change the good relationship that they were starting to build.
