Amelia Foster's brows furrowed slightly. She did not fully believe what Ruby Forest said, but her reasoning seemed reasonable.
After all, there was no deep hatred between them. With her father now comatose, the Fosters weren't left with much asset for Ruby Forest to covet. It seemed unnecessary for her to go to so much trouble to plot against Amelia.
