"What?" Ethan looked between Avery and his grandfather before letting out a sigh.
"You must have told him right?!" Ethan's eyes looked at Avery with great emotions, words like remorse, guilt couldn't express that.
"What?!" Two voices screamed in unison, Avery and Grandpa Theo looked at each other in surprise before facing Ethan again.
"That…. That…" Ethan let out another sigh as if he was about to talk about a very difficult topic.
Avery frowned, 'What is this man thinking? What can I possibly tell to his Grandfather that he is giving an award winning performance.' She thought concentrating her eyes on Ethan.
"What did you do?!" Grandfather asked impatiently.
He took Avery's hand that was resting on the table in his palm before cherishing it.
