Bai Xue secured the deal. He was on his way to a really cost effective and tasty all you can eat buffet.
You Weixi had arrived on time and with his lawyer and Bai Xue had also eaten his lunch by that time. Both were on their peak and then the discussions started with all of them on the same terms until they weren't.
They bickered, mostly Bai Xue and the lawyer as there were many things that they were not agreeing and it took them a while of discussions, settlements and alternatives to pin down the contract.
At one point, the Lawyer even told You Weixi that he shouldn't sign the "no-takeover or interference" statement of his cuz who knows but You Weixi was adamant on his words and the Lawyer had to back away but still made the statement to "no hostile takeover" and such.
Then they bickered more on the salary and the proper limitations that wasn't clearly provided and the Lawyer wanted to exactly know what falls under You Weixi "Owner" job quoting he wanted to make sure that his client won't be compromised to do something that he didn't want to just because of a loophole or hindsight in the unspecified or unclear terms that Bai Xue were giving because "Do nothing but act as a Boss and show your face sometimes and come when I call" could be interpreted in a lot of ways both legally and viably.
The bickering continued and even You Weixi chimed in but he seem to be fighting against his lawyer and having a separate battle on his own, different from the one that Bai Xue and the Lawyer was fighting.
Bai Xue and the Lawyer were duking it out on the legitimate and fair contract terms with the Lawyer doing his best to provide/add as much benefits to You Weixi as he could and Bai Xue trying his best to not trigger any kind of landmines for his future life and thus was avoiding every thing that could potentially tie him down to his own contract, limiting his future or just leaving him as nothing but a dog or slave to the company.
He was going to eventually leave everything to You Weixi but he wasn't planning to be burdened down by it. This all was just going to be a part of his life here and would end the day when he gets the message.
After that, he would be living his own life in this world, away from all the troubles and such. For that, he had to make sure that he didn't do anything that would affect him for life, such as agreeing to provide You Weixi a portion of his earnings during "specific conditions", not the company's but his earnings.
Bai Xue obviously rejected it and they had to reach a settlement that if Bai Xue failed to provide You Weixi his salary for a number of times, You Weixi shall be given some shares from the company instead.
The company hasn't been formed. The Lawyer didn't even know how he was going to run it but he wanted a piece of it.
As according to the contract, multiple of which were signed, Bai Xue was going to take all accountability and responsibilities of the company's actions and You Weixi shall not be harmed, defamed or mistreated in any way or form.
Any actions that the company takes would fall over Bai Xue's soldier's and in case the company goes bankrupt, or in debt, Bai Xue will be held accountable for any repayments, repercussions or arrests or punishments.
On the other hand, You Weixi, true to his words, signed the contract that he wouldn't interfere with the business and Bai Xue had complete reign over how he runs it till he takes the responsibility of his actions.

You Weixi salary has to be paid based on the company's profits and size such that it the company is successful, he salary should be increased. Along with an increment every six months and a bonus at the end of the financial year.
Additionally, You Weixi should not be disturbed during festivals or public holidays(weekends includes) and there should be travel reimbursements for his wife and such in case he had to stay in other countries or counties due to work.

And this wasn't even half the things that the Lawyer added.

Bai Xue recalled something Youngest said for a completely unrelated topic but he could clearly understand the sentiment now.
"Whatever."
The biggest surprise, and gain, of the day was that the Lawyer had no problems with Bai Xue taking a business loan on the company's name.
He genuinely thought the Lawyer would argue with him or go against this but he just said okay and that was it. On the other hand, they argued for nearly an hour on You Weixi's face usage as Bai Xue wanted to make sure that everyone knows that You Weixi was the owner and then planned to later turn You Weixi into a brand itself such that when he transferred the wealth to him, there would not be much problem, be it on the side of the people or the one who had given him his task.
The Lawyer was in a complete denial of this though. He wanted absolute secrecy on You Weixi's face as doxxing was really of a serious issue and You Weixi face attracts too much attention.
Bai Xue wanted to argue but he couldn't disagree on it and at last had to give in to the lawyer. Thus, he can't introduce You Weixi outside a specific circle or important figures and such. Not even regular employees.
He had to so with this situation. It wasn't hard. It would just take time.
Bai Xue really wondered how good You Weixi was paying the Lawyer because they continuously went back and forth for nearly 7 hours until the contracts was settled and it was a win-win for You Weixi. Then they went their separate ways with Bai Xue unable to hide his smile and happiness and them becoming paranoid due to it because this doesn't look like the face of someone who just got ripped off by them.
And thus we return to the present time where Bai Xue had gotten off the bus and was walking towards the buffet. King's Sky buffet.
9 credits per person. But expensive but it was the moment of celebration. No, it was because they don't kick you out even if you ate more than 20 pounds of food.
Today a new record was going to be broken.
