Bai Xue checked the game data again.
23 sales!
He had made 23 sales!
In just one day at that. If this goes on, he would earn the investment in just ten days and then everything after that would be pure profit. Hehe.
He didn't even need to share any profit with Eavāntí as well since it will never reach the 5000 earning mark and everything will belong to him.
"Cheers to that!"
Seeing the sales data, his remaining unhappiness at the loss of 500 Credits vanished.
Hope and zeal filled his veins and motivation burning in his heart, he immediately went on to finish the character designs of all the characters and the basic design for their stages so that the outsourcers could start their work early on the second part.
It was April 20th today and he wanted to finish it before the end of the month. This way, he could release it on the 10th of May and in the 10 days gap between the creation to its market release, he will focus on generating his blood.
With how things are, he could finish the entire series of games in the next 6 months so that during November-December, he could launch the two deal breakers that will cement his gaming company for a year or so.
He can finally then began to work on the main companies while leaving this one on standby.
8 hours later.
Bai Xue laid down on the bench. His hands hurt. So did his waist and back and neck and eyes and thighs. Everywhere was sore and hurt.
He had lost the track of time and had overworked himself due to his excitement. He didn't even need to but once he has started, he couldn't stop.
Even now, he only stopped because his hands weren't working properly. His fingers seem to have frozen.
This is the second time that this had happened to him.
His first being when he had wanted to check the limits of this body's hunger debuff. Thankfully, he had food ready and ate that day or he wouldn't be to make this statement at a later date.
*Chuckle*
He checked his door and closed his eyes, sleep entering his body and peace returning to the room.

Morning
April 21 2001
7 am
He woke up later than usual and decided to sleep for a bit more. His body still felt tired despite him not feeling the hunger.
Two hours later.
9:17 AM
He woke up on his own, bathed and got dressed in funeral clothing. This was the only one that he had left after he had pretty much sold all the clothes that Xu Bai Xue had.
"I need to create some basic clothes."
He said to himself and went to the Library Council to finish with characters designs.Thankfully, there weren't too many characters in the second game and he would be done in a day or two.
If he continued to draw everyday, his drawing skills would improve gradually and sooner and later, give it a year or two, he might be able to reach Xu Bai Xue's rough designs which was an extremely honourable thing for him because Xu Bai Xue had been likely practicing his craft for years to reach that level of skills in his arsenal and if Bai Xue could be called as having the same drawing skills (rough designs) as him, that would be a testament of his hardwork.
Except Xu Bai Xue was also really talented in sewing, cutting, designing and a lot more that Bai Xue didn't even understood. And that applies to most of the people in his department.
They were all amazing and could create things that he didn't even thought a human could/should create. His experience in art was close to none and this heavily made him realise that art, whatever it maybe, required dedication and hardwork the same other popularised fields.
"But even then, rumour spreading is a no-no. That takes away all the awe I had for you guys."
Bai Xue disregarded the fact that this situation wouldn't have occurred if he hadn't stolen anything from the facility or had had just kept his mouth shut in front of strangers.
He clearly knew that he was root cause of all this that got mixed up into some other crime because his babbling seem to mix up with something else and the police just decided to make him the escapegoat for that crime.
On that note, he is going to find the man who had filed the case on him and once he did that, he was going to wait till he regained his blood before unleashing the holy hell upon him.
"Or them in case they are more. Or her is she is a woman."
Till then though, blaming others wasn't going to work. Chiding someone for their wrongdoings wasn't bad.
Spreading made up lies and rumours is. Once he got his hands on those rumour spreaders as well, he will make sure to teach them why you shouldn't do things that hurt others, especially him.
Unfortunately though, he had to wait for a long while before enacting any kind of revenge.
Xu Bai Xue body was already crumbling under his existence and if he wasn't keeping it together, he would have destroyed the reality with his presence.
Something that he doesn't plan to. Who knows what will happen then? He didn't and neither was he interested in knowing.
On that note, he needed to create or pack lunch for emergencies otherwise if he were to ever get stuck in a situation where he wouldn't have access to food for more than two days, Xu Bai Xue's body was practically dead from that point.
"I need to start looking for potential caretakers for the rest of my companies."
"Should I go meet the Bald Man? He seem to know that I would come to him for human to human interaction again."
"No. Not now. I should wait a bit more. His intentions are still unclear. I should put my complete focus on the game company. One at a time. Let's avoid confusion at all costs."
Bai Xue spent the rest of the day in the Library council before returning to the dorms to sleep after checking for any news on his interested businesses.
He also checked the forum once more and then after bathing and checking the sales again, he went to slumber. Everything was good.
