Kate's Perspective
Kate eagerly stood up upon seeing the clock on her monitor. It was already 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and it was time to go home.
"Bye, guys!" she said to her colleagues, eager to leave her office. Kate had never been passionate about her office job, but she had forced herself to learn it because of Ethan. Her father, on the other hand, was delighted with her decision to work at the company.
She had learned to work in administration despite her background in acting and modeling. Ever since she returned to the Philippines, she had realized that Ethan was more important than any of her dreams.
She reverted to her old habit of going to Ethan's office, which was on the higher floor. Upon arrival, she immediately entered his office, noticing his secretary, so she gestured for her to leave for a moment.
