Winters in England aren't excessively cold, but the enchanting world of Hogwarts sees young wizards donning cozy scarves to ward off the chill.
After a night's passage, Harry eventually reverted to his usual self. However, the mystery of his return to the dormitory remains unsolved.
Within the Slytherin common room, Luke sported a warm striped scarf gifted by Hermione. The thick fabric shielded him from the brisk wind as he prepared for the day ahead.
In front of the mirror, Luke admired his appearance before heading to the breakfast hall. The approaching winter seemed to have thinned the crowd, with the restaurant noticeably less crowded this morning.
Approaching the Slytherin table, Luke was about to join Hermione when he was unexpectedly intercepted by the mischievous Weasley twins. Fred handed him a paper, proudly presenting the result of their overnight research—a magical broom sketch.
The twins enchanted the paper, bringing the broom to life as it hovered above. Luke was intrigued and reached out to touch it, only to discover that it was a tangible entity with a mind of its own.
Curious about the magic involved, Luke inquired, capturing the attention of Ron, Harry, and even the knowledgeable Hermione. The twins revealed they sought advice from Headmaster Dumbledore, who expressed interest in their magical creation.
The revelation sparked excitement among the group, and Fred disclosed Dumbledore's willingness to purchase their first set. The news surprised Luke, realizing the headmaster's unexpected interest in such magical inventions.
As the conversation unfolded, Ron couldn't help but express concern about the twins getting into mischief again, especially with Dumbledore's involvement. Even the tired-looking Harry found himself drawn into the magical intrigue of the conversation.
"Business secrets can't be disclosed to outsiders!" Fred shot a sidelong glance at Ron, ruthlessly refusing to divulge any information.
"Outsider? I'm your brother, and you call me an outsider!" Now flushed with anger, Ron pointed at the Fred brothers, threatening, "I'm going to tell Mom!"
"Damn it," George muttered, expressing frustration at Ron's familiar threats, which they usually ended up compromising on. However, this time, things seemed different.
"The three of us, oh, and Miss Hermione," Fred pointed to Luke and, after a pause, including his little girlfriend, "The four of us formed a team. If you want to know what we're making..."
"First, hand in ten gold Galleons."
"Ten... ten!"
"Why don't you go grab it!" Ron retorted.
"Luke gave out a hundred gold Galleons," George revealed.
The revelation prompted Harry and Ron to shift their attention to Luke. "I did pay," Luke confirmed, nonchalantly acknowledging his contribution.
After all, it was just a hundred gold Galleons, and with the upcoming operation, it would be well worth it. Moreover, Luke had many exciting games recorded in his mind—Werewolf Kill, Run Group, Dungeons, and Dragons—all waiting to be combined with magic for a potential uproar. Luke couldn't help but anticipate the future progress, finding it more enjoyable than a typical game console.
"Well, can I join in?" Harry, feeling a bit fatigued, asked in a low voice. The prospect of gaining Headmaster Dumbledore's affirmation was undoubtedly appealing.
"This..." The twins hesitated, glancing at Luke, who, being the most present, had the natural right to speak.
"Don't look at me; you two are the bosses," Luke quickly deflected the responsibility, not eager to delve into managerial tasks.
"Why be a boss when you can lie at home and collect money?"
"Welcome to join, Harry!" Fred and George shook hands with Harry kindly.
In a surprising move, Harry handed the twins twenty gold Galleons, leaving them scratching their heads in confusion.
"Ron's, I also paid for him," Harry quickly added, not wanting to see his good friend isolated.
"Harry!" Ron looked at his loyal friend with moved gratitude. "When I get rich in the future, I will definitely give it back to you!" he vowed.
Although the twins didn't want Ron involved, they accepted the money graciously. "You're welcome too, Ron," they greeted him casually.
"Now, tell us, what the hell are you doing?" In the business group, Ron asserted himself confidently.
Fred kept his word and explained what they planned to create to Harry and Ron, sparking excitement and exclamations of genius from the intrigued duo.
"Shh, keep your voice down!" Fred shot Ron a warning look, regretting allowing him into the secret project.
