His bones creaked and crackled like even his soul wanted to eat mine and use it to his will terrified me but it intrigued me as to why someone who fought so hard would change sides. When I was a kid I felt betrayed that someone so great would betray everything for power even though they were the strongest. Out of all the heroes.

Death's bones creaked as his body became solid with anger even the soul strong around him began to run away before being sucked back with a golden chain an unusual sight to see from a dark being. It was almost like something was happening inside. Something sinister but I was pulled back when he calmed down.
"I ignored a lot in my past when I should have taken action" he paused "The three heroes they're the trinity now with a bloodline so dense with the gods it's basically pure, but what they did before was more than just being a devil. It was just against human rights. They used slaves in experiments with their magic seeing what would make them stronger without working at all. They corrupted their minds and when I say everything I mean everything they did. They warped their minds and changed their bodies to animals. I was too dumb to even notice, But they eventually stopped which was good. After finding out that nothing would help them though. They started to destroy my reputation to help theirs after we were told to the world and as the story goes in the end the strongest hero was no hero at all but the one who was evil all along with the witch Elinor."
"That's a very heartfelt story Grimlock. I will tell you this though. Why Death now? Why the killing after saving so many? Why this appearance?"
I was so confused as to why someone so good would turn so evil.
"It's very simple my dear friend it's because I want revenge and it's not like I killed everyone so willy-nilly. Every last one thought that I was an evil lowlife and its good radiance that I was put to death so early. Why Death? That is a hard question because it's to help out another coworker, no someone who's more than a friend It's hard to explain But I will become a god by the end of it. So might as well act like one. Oh, and this appearance is something you've actually been introduced to you by me it's Barkah. Something that contains the soul of the living able to be shaped to any desire."

My patron was not very happy but he understood and even gave me some information I can't share right now. You can become a god though. Anyone can if they are crazy enough. The smile given to me didn't match his words so I looked at him again.
"What do you mean kill me!?"
I got up in a panic and backed away. Matthew just smiled at me though
"It's as it sounds I'll kill you and put your soul into my body. It's like my complicated friend"
Elinor slowly materialized out of my body and her elegant body covered in a white calming light appeared before she said coldly to me.
"What do you mean complicated I am not"
"I meant our relationship is hard to explain so I'll just leave it to the back burner. Anyway, if you die I'll take your soul and convert it to Barkah now before we can find a body to suit your needs. You'll have my interior world and even control over my life from the inside of my interior world."
I continued looking at the girl who could be considered a goddess who had a pouting face. Punching the serious person and death before me.
"Looks like I have no choice I-"
"You have all the choices here don't be fooled I'm not killing my friend because he is forced into it"

I kneeled putting my head down like a knighting ceremony only what was going to happen would be way worse then only that.
