Olivia and King Charles descended gracefully, their eyes fixed on the red eyed man with a wine glass. Olivia took her seat near the throne, while King Charles took his place on the throne. Lost in her thoughts, Olivia nervously played with her dress.
'What would Ariel say when she finds out about this? She would be disappointed in father, but father did this for the kingdom and since he'd promised to come take me, then I'll just relax my mind'
Her gaze swept across the room and landed on Ariel who was also staring at her.
They used their eyes to communicate with each other.
'What's wrong?' Ariel's eyes conveyed concern as they locked with Olivia's.
'Nothing, hope you're having a good time?' Olivia responded, trying to hide her inner turmoil.
'Sure, if something's wrong make sure to tell your big sister,' Ariel reassured, offering her support.
'I will,' Olivia replied.
Ariel nodded, her thoughts also consumed by the devil in the corner. The tension between Veeral and Hellothan was well-known to everyone. The weight of the impending war hung in the air.
Seeing the devil present made Ariel nervous, fearing that it might reignite the war. However, to her surprise, her father and the devil exchanged pleasantries and he even danced with Olivia.
'Something is fishy'
As the party came to an end, people rushed out of the room, some not even looking back to bid the King goodbye. Ariel, however, made sure to say her farewells to her father and offered Olivia a present. She kissed both Olivia and her father goodbye before departing in the awaiting carriage.
Olivia's gaze shifted from her father to the man in the corner, who now had his eyes fixed on her. Her heart raced as he stood up and started walking towards her.
"Olivia, it's time," King Charles said from behind, and she turned to face him, tears welling up in her eyes. "Father, I'll miss you," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.
Her vision blurred inexplicably, and she fought to stay conscious. But against her will, her eyelids grew heavy, and she suddenly blacked out.
.....
Olivia glanced around and found herself in a serene, open field. The tranquility of the scene was captivating, with the gentle breeze rustling the flowers and the sun shining brightly overhead. It felt like a peaceful haven.
'Where is this?'
A smile forming on her face.
With arms outstretched, her fiery red hair danced in the wind as she ran around, giggling uncontrollably with her eyes closed. It was a moment of pure joy and freedom in the peaceful field.
But all of a sudden, the wind ceased, and an eerie stillness filled the air. Olivia opened her eyes and glanced around, only to find that the once clear blue sky had transformed into a dark, ominous hue. The peaceful field had now become a raging sea of burning lava.
In the distance, she spotted a man observing her intently, like a hawk fixated on its prey. Fear gripped her as the scorching lava advanced closer. The man remained motionless, offering no assistance. Olivia swiftly turned on her heels and sprinted as fast as her legs could carry her.
Olivia's eyes flew open, and she sat up in bed, her body drenched in sweat. Fear still coursing through her veins, her chest rose and fell rapidly.
'Wha...what was that dream just now?'
Her thought were clouded with the dream just now. She ran her hand through her hair and turned to take water from her bedside table.
But she realized something was wrong, her beside table was far from where she lay.
Then it dawned on her that she wasn't in her usual room.
The room which she grew up in.
Suddenly she looked around warily, when she saw that she wasn't in her room.
The current room she was in, it looked magnificent.
A room she had never seen before. The walls were adorned with intricate tapestries, their rich colors casting a warm glow across the space. Confusion washed over her, like a wave crashing against the shore. How had she ended up here?
Her mind raced, desperately trying to piece together the fragments of her memory. And then it hit her, like a bolt of lightning in the dark night. She remembered the tears streaming down her face, the weight of sorrow in her heart, as she whispered her final farewell to father, King Charles.
But before she could fully grasp the gravity of the situation, a sudden darkness enveloped her. It was as if the world had been plunged into an abyss, swallowing her whole. Time became a blur, slipping through her fingers like grains of sand. And when she finally emerged from that murky void, she found herself in a place unlike anything she had ever known.
Then her mind flew to the red eyed devil. Wait was she in....Hellothan?
A realm which she heard from Mila was shrouded in mystery and uncertainty. It's landscapes were a tapestry of contradictions, where ethereal beauty danced with ominous shadows. The air crackled with an otherworldly energy, sending shivers down one's spine. It was a place where reality and fantasy intertwined, blurring the lines between dreams and nightmares. It was the place of lies and the dwelling of the famous King of Hell.
She couldn't help but wonder, how had the devil played a part in all of this? Was it a mere coincidence or a sinister plan set in motion? The answers eluded her, like whispers carried away by the wind. All she knew was that she had been thrust into a world of uncertainty, where every step forward would be met with new challenges and revelations.
He...he was the one who made her black out!
Now she had to face a new place filled with demons.
He would have given her a warning before doing that!
That devil really did a number on her!
'That good for nothing devil!'
But as she was lost in her thoughts, little did she know that someone had entered the room and noticed the furrowed expression on her face.
"Who are you calling a good for nothing?!"
