Mengyao cried out. She pleaded, and no matter how much she begged them, they still inflicted harm on Yuxuan until his face sustained lots of injuries before then leaving him. They began to take away the furniture, from the television to the chairs, and did not stop until the house was empty.
Mengyao herself supported Yuxuan's lifeless body on her protruding belly. She kept quiet all this time until they left the house void of any property. She looked at Yuxuan, trying to stand up from the ground. His forehead was bleeding. Seeing this, she wanted to get the first aid kit when Yuxuan snarled, shoving her to the ground.
"How did they get in? They took everything. Mengyao, this is all your fault. You ruined everything." Yuxuan held his bleeding forehead and kept roaring at her. He shouted, looking at the empty house. He had nothing to sell in order to pay for his father's bills.
Soon, the house's rent would be due. He was low on cash.
