Dyson smirked. To him, he had already met Vandhill's lord and no longer had any use for her partnership with him but it wouldn't hurt to lead her on a little more. The face of the person that he wasn't able to see properly in that cafe with Elizabeth was now fully implanted in his mind as the bloody man he met today.
If only he knew how wrong he was…
"I met her like that when I got there, whoever or whatever did that to her was nowhere to be found when I got there." He answered and faked a small sigh of pity.
"Right. But…do you think the scientist living next door had a hand in it? You know…maybe to gain a little more popularity?" Elizabeth pursed her lips and squinted her eyes. No one could be trusted at this point, especially not Dyson.
