Chapter 53 - CHAPTER 53: 1ST PROJECT

In her eyes, there wasn't any generous person who would just give people money just like that. So having someone who could work for her and still give her money at the end of the day, Ma Denis wasn't going to let that chance go.

There were many chances of being duped and that her hard-earned money might be lost forever. But knowing that the initiator was Madam Tapiwa, she didn't have that kind of fear.

This wasteland was her home and there was no way she would leave her home and run away somewhere else. And considering how she was thinking of village women mostly, who didn't have a lot of money to begin with; there was no way she would run away with their money.

Madam Tapiwa was too rich to steal small money like that.

Listening to Ma Denis talking about that, a sudden thought came to Tapiwa's mind, especially after the last statement.

For her current project to come to fruition; it was going to take at least one week. That was the whole process, including bottling the tomato sauce she wanted to make.

Since she didn't bring a lot of containers and only brought a few with her. She was going to start with those and see how they would do in the market.

That meant that she wouldn't be having a lot to do once the manual labor was done. And instead of just sitting without doing anything while waiting for her sauce to be sold on the market, she might as well spread the gospel and let the women know of her club.

"How about this? You help me tell the ladies that you know. I mean all of them. That is to include the widowed, divorced, and single mothers in the mix. My main purpose in creating all this was to give these kinds of women a platform to shine. So, I do hope that you understand me," Tapiwa implored Ma Denis, emphasizing mostly the last part, for she didn't want any people to be left out, especially those that she really wanted before continuing.

"I will hold a meeting here seven days later in the morning. I will provide a meal, so they can come at ease. On that day, I will share deeper details and also announce how the club will be working."

Ma Denis's face flushed for a moment, and it couldn't be helped. Whenever she heard about women in her head, all she could think about was married women.

Due to the society and community that she lives in, she had gotten used to excluding women who are mostly looked down upon by society.

It was also at that moment that Ma Denis instilled in her heart and mind that Madam Tapiwa was a single woman. She was either divorced or widowed. She didn't know much since the other had never shared anything about her life.

Tapiwa watched closely as Ma Denis was in thought and, after some time, the older lady conceded, bringing a smile to her face.

Sometime later, Ba Denis came to the manor, where he collected his wife and left the estate with a merry smile.

On their way back to their village, the married couple began to talk about what transpired at the estate and the more they talked, the more they saw Tapiwa in a new light.

While they were doing that, Tapiwa at the estate began to instruct everyone to bring the barrels inside the main building.

It was already too late and impossible to start anything. Besides, after working tirelessly for half a day, she also didn't have any strength to get anything done.

So, for the next two hours, the barrels were taken inside the house, where they were nicely placed next to each other, waiting for tomorrow when the real work would begin.

With all that done, Tapiwa instructed Tambudzai to peel the onions, which were around four hundred in total.

She had managed to buy six hundred kilograms of tomatoes from just one village. And although that may sound quite big, when she makes the tomato sauce, everything would reduce to at least eighty to one hundred kilograms.

And for her to cook more than seven thousand tomatoes, it was going to take a few days. So, a lot of energy was required, as well as the preparations itself.

While Tambudzai was given the task of peeling onions, Tapiwa left the manor for the nearby mountain where she stayed for over two hours, not picking any wild vegetables but practicing her earth ability.

All that time, she had been more concerned with the water's ability since water was more important at the time. But now that she could control it very well and perform difficult tasks like cleaning the house without fail, it was finally time for her to do something else.

After practicing hard for two hours, Tapiwa picked duartz stones on her way back home and sent everything into the store space.

Back at the estate, despite the crying fits thanks to the onions, the family of four managed to peel everything before the sunset.

When Tapiwa returned home, the family of four at that time was halfway done, so she let them be before entering the main house to do her business.

After too much practicing, Tapiwa prepared the medication bath where she soaked herself for over an hour, absorbing hungrily and crazily all the energy from the water.

After a powerful bath, she sat cross-legged inside the store bedroom and began to meditate.

She didn't know how long that took, but what she knew after she opened her eyes was that her nucleus seemed much stronger, firmer, and denser than it was before.

Before it used to look very weak and fragile, so much so that she was afraid of probing too much into it, but when she was done that day, she could tell that the nucleus was about to get full.

And once it gets full, the shackles will be broken, forcing her to reach another level; leveling up.

At the moment, it could be said that she was just a mere level 1 dual ability user and since she was a dual ability user, the leveling process was probably going to last a long time, though she wasn't sure about that.

Since she was new all of it, she was going to learn as each day passed.

With happy news on her mind, everything else that followed passed greatly, from supper to the wonderful night.

It was another pleasant day that passed without a glitch.
