"However." Caden drew their attention back to him.
"What I will not abide by is the ill treatment of my wife, she is mine to do with as I deem fit and no one is allowed to oppose her in any way."
Standing up abruptly from his seat he came away from behind his desk and went out the door while the occupants of the room looked at each other in confusion. He returned shortly after and silently went back to his seat then a huge hulking man in a suit came in dragging someone who he deposited in the middle of the room and then retreated to the door where he stood sentinel.
"What is this about Caden?" Callie asked sternly as she looked from the crumbled shaking figure on the ground to the fierce looking man and back to her son.
"Who are these and why have you brought them into our house?" She demanded, voicing everyone's thoughts.
