I teleported everyone back to the Bayugan City and we arrive to where my waypoint is located.
"That's was fast. Is that the snakes? Is it dead?" The female support said. I forgot her name.
"Yeah, we defeated that earlier. I guess the body are still here. I'll take them away for research purposes." I said and no one said anything.
I don't have an item box skill or inventory even in my Magic Archive. What the Magic Archive has is a method of creating a Magic Bag that works similar to item box. But obviously I didn't have it yet so I'll just use my skill.
'World of Creation' I said on my mind and the specified target has been transfered in my personal empty world.
"It vanished." Markgil said, he's the berserker guy from the gymnasium.
"I will locate the monsters that escape the gate now."
I focus on my detection skill and I notice that one there is one nearby.
I was about to tell them when suddenly the snake jump out to eat us. Clark immediately grab my hand.
And someone step to face it.
"Inferno"
A a burst of fire suddenly burn it.
It was twitting in pain and wriggle around after our fire mage burn it.
"That was amazing, your spells are quite effective and easy to perform and itsy well executed." I praise our mage and the others follow suit as well.
"Well it's nothing" He replied while forcing his face not to smile.
"I detected it but by the time that I was about to tell you it suddenly pop up. How did it manage to hide from us?" I asked.
"It seems like it could use camouflage or some sort of similar skill. Even I detected it too late." Our assassin said.
The snake continue to wriggle and it's quite hot so we took a step back a little.
"I will wipe out all the monsters that has escape now. Please defend me while I cast my spell."
I then focus again to detect the monsters mana signiture and finally I manage to locate them all.
"Its seems like there are 9 of them already." I murmured.
--Come forth, oh aurora of light, pierce through my enemies and erase their existence, DIVINE JUDGEMENT—
Spears of light appeared at the sky and shot towards different locations. Each one of them will hit their target.
"It's done. I don't think they'll be able to survive those spears. But just to be sure."
I performed space rift again and the other side of the reaped space reveals 4 snakes with holes in their head.
"Seems like dead to me." I said and the other awakened agreed as well but the soldiers take a closer look just to confirm and they nodded they give their signals that it's already dead.
I transfered the monsters body in my skill World of Creation and close the space.
"You have amazing skill set, how many skills do you have?" Our summoner mage ask.
"I have only 3" I said. Clark and Mark look at me at the same time.
"You performed several magic already and you said you only have 3? How was that possible?" Mark asks.
They didn't know exactly my capability since we didn't talk about it in details earlier. We only say brief information regarding of what we can do.
"Oh about that? One of my skill is called Spell Casting, it allows me to cast different spells. It was also paired up by my second skill which is called Magic Archive, this skill looks like a library with different book containing different spells. That skill provided me with knowledge about spells and I performed them using my Spell Casting skill." I explained and their eyes where about to pop out.
"Wow, then it means you can perform a lot of magic? Your skills seems to be a perfect pair. Then what is your third skill?" Mark asked.
I don't want to reveal my World of Creation skill since I consider it an Ace. So I guess I will give him a partially correct answer.
"My third skill is called Energy Sensitivity. That is the skill that I uses to locate and detect something."
"Seems like you like that skill as well." Mark said and I nodded.
"Should we walk there or do you want me to rip apart the space? The distance is not that far but it's not that close either." I asked.
"I thinks it's better if you conserve your mana as much as possible. Let's just walk, the monsters that got outside are already dead anyway." One of the soldiers said and I just nodded in agreement.
We walk for 5 minutes until we reach the site of the battle and portal.
Destroyed trucks and even burning houses could be seen everywhere. There are a lot of dead soldiers as well. Even I didn't want to look at them.
There are 3 snakes lying around as well so I did transfer them to my world.
"I think let's retrieve the bodies later after we manage to close the gate. I don't want to leave them to the dungeon if something where about to happened." I said but no one reacted.
We walk towards the gate and we are now facing it.
I prepared 2 spells in my mind ready to unleash any given moment.
1 by 1 we enter starting from the soldiers until it's finally my turn.
The place is full with mana stones and the settings does look like a cave with a lot of holes inside.
The soldiers signaled us to stop and I used my detection skills to lock the targets.
--Divine Judgement--
Spears of light flew towards the marked target and we could hear some movement and distortion to the cave.
It seems like they still wiggle before they died.
I signaled them with 1, it means there are still one enemy who survive my attack.
I didn't speak out towards them because I still have 1 spell being prepared on hand. If I talk the spell that I've prepared will be reset.
I walk ahead and guide them to the last enemy.
We arrive at a huge tunnel and what awaits us is a giant snake that is 4 times bigger than what we seen so far.
It has five heads but one of it seems to be on a healing process. I guess its injury is from the attack that I unleashed.
It then suddenly move towards us, in panic I unleash my spell.
--Permafrost--
A sudden huge block of ice is formed however the heads of the hydra has not been caught, only its body.
It wriggles it body but it couldn't escape the ice.
It then look at us and spit fire.
"Light Barrier"Frizel, our support and the girl from the gymnasium, erected a barrier made of light to protect us.
"I won't be able to hold it for long."
She said in panic.
"Buy me some time." I said and I look for spells in Magic Archive and it didn't fail me.
--O earth, heed my call and follow my will, BIND--
Suddenly chains made of iron erupted on the ground and chained the mouth of each head. Stoping it from breathing fire.
"Huh, that scared me, I thought it was our end." Someone said.
"This hydra has to be the final boss, I don't feel going back inside a dungeon again." A soldier said.
"Please someone deal the finishing blow. I couldn't kill it right now since I'm maintaining 2 spells at once. If I let go of at least one just to deal the finishing blow we will all surely die."
I said in panicked and all of them look closely to the hydra. Although the mouth is practically chained and its lower body been frozen, it could still move it's head.
If someone get hit by it, that person will surely taste hell on earth if it's lucky to survive.
"I will deal with one of the head." Our assassin said.
"I guess I'll burn one head as well." Our fire mage said.
"I'll have one for my summon as well." Our summoner summon a golem holding a huge club said.
"I'll take one" MarkGil the berserker said.
"I'll be talking one as well." Mark the soldier who uses arrow said.
"Please use buff on everyone. And tank please save anyone who would fail so the supports could heal them." A soldier said and everyone agreed.
The supports buff as all first. After that everyone begun to do their part.
Our assassin immediately move nimbly while evading the Hydra's headbutt. Upon reaching the range he suddenly slash the eyes of his target.
"Fire ball, Fire ball, Flame spear, Inferno" Our fire mage throws his fire spells at the hydra.
"Go golem hit it hard, hahahaha I'm starting to like my new powers." Our summoner commanded the Golem while enjoying the fight.
The berserker hit the Hydra's head with its axe and it begun to bleed. It seems like he is the most physically gifted among us.
"Pierce, Pierce, Snipe." Mark activates his skills one after another.
More than 20 minutes has passed and the Hydra finally died. I then transfer its dead body to my skill.
"I could not detect any moster inside this dungeon. It seems like if we leave here, the gate outside will close." I said and everyone celebrated our victory.
"Frizel and you as well, please heal the injured." The soldiers asked.
"I will retrieve all the bodies of the monsters here. Please wait for me here." I said and I walk around.
"Wait wait, I'll accompany you." Clark said and I smiled and nod at him.
"Sure, that would be great." I said and we walk together retrieving all the bodies of the dead monsters.
I also decided to transfer all the mana stones in the dungeon onto my world.
"You guys really are amazing, you could deal with things that we couldn't even damage." Clark said while I was busy transferring the mana stones.
"Well, we didn't ask for this powers. You know that it came out from nowhere right? Besides I think you guys are the coolest. After all can give your lives to the service of the country, which is not everyone is willing to do." I replied and at the same time I finished clearing the dungeon.
He didn't reply. I guess he envy us because if he had the same powers as us, maybe he will be able to save lives as well.
I manipulated the mana in the surroundings and command the wind.
~We're done here, we will be waiting in the exit~ I said to the air and those words will be delivered to the other.
It's a basic magic that doesn't require incantations, only knowledge of controlling mana.
"Let's wait for them in the exit." I said and he just nodded.
I look at the Magic Archive if there is anything that could help him but I didn't have any magic spells that could awaken an ordinary person.
However if awakening is luck base then I guess I have something that might be useful to him.
-- Oh Goddess of fate shower us with luck, Blessings-- I casted a spell to Clark which shock him.
"What did you do?" He ask, looking at me like he's not happy at all.
"Easyy.. Don't get mad. I think awakening is given at random. I tried buffing your luck so if you become awakened then it means the power is given at random but if you are not then we are chosen." I said.
"Don't make fun of others."
"I did not make fun of you. You are too hot headed. I'll shut up and do nothing now."
I said in a sad tone as we arrived at the exit.
