The second test was to evaluate they're skills and know from where they're training would start, at the academy there was rankings and hierarchy but it was based on skills
The next test is to win five matches, if you win five matches then you upgrade to class A, win four then class B and so on, if you fail all five matches then your at the bottom class, class F, normally we don't have a class like F but we are making an exception because of the kings orders.
Now anyone who is ready step on the stage and an opponent will step up to fight you, if you loos a match then you stand next to me, whoever defeats the contestant will fight the first person who lost and so on.
Arthur knew he was no good at fighting let alone sword fighting so he decided to be the last person, first person to step up was a girl, she had beautiful long black hair with some purple strands in front and violet eyes, great figure, slender legs and a small waist. Arthur recognized her as she was one of the four girls who passed the test before he did, he sat at the very edge of the crowd but his eyes sight was so good he could see her perfectly, even he was noticing the changes in his body, he wasn't buff or had any super powers but his senses had been heightened far better than he was before.

Both of them where given wooden swords and the match started immediately, first to move was Harvey, dashing forward he went for vertical slash while violet was already on a stance ready for him, before he swung his sword down her Wooden sword had already hit his stomach lightly, she was so fast he couldn't react in time, and so was the next opponent and the next and the next, in a short while she had cleared all her opponents and was promoted to class A.

The next person to step forward was a noble and he was to face Harvey, but as expected Harvey won the match and every other match that followed getting him to class B, and so it went on like so, the students who where assigned a class where sent to an instructor who would be they trainer for they're first year.
There where a total of 2000 boys and 1000 girls, so 1500 boys failed the test and 500 girls failed the test.
As the matches went on a certain candidate caught the eyes of everyone, it was a noble called Drax phoenix of house phoenix, drax was muscular and a bit taller than most of the boys, he had red hair and eyes but the most noticable thing about him was his sharp teeth. The house of Phoenix where known for showing no mercy to they're enemies, Drax would toy with his opponents before dispatching them in a brutal fashion, breaking the wooden sword on they bodies. After his matches he was obviously sent to class A but had left an impression on all the participants, after a while the number of people started reducing, all the while Arthur was watching every match very closely, Arthur wasn't athletic but he was smart, he had a photographic memory so he was trying to memorize the fighting styles of all the participants.
Finally it was Arthur's turn he was handed his wooden sword, everyone's attention was on him as they wondered what kind of skills the hero had, sure he came to the school to learn more but everyone thought he would be at class A aldo the teachers and nobles frowned at his arrival to the stage
so he waited till only the weak opponents where left? good strategy, for a coward that is.
Fight! the instructor yelled for the match to start.
Arthur expected his opponent to attack but the boy did no such thing, to him he expected Arthur to have some serious skills and wanted to use him to show off
Arthur toke a step forward and the boy took a step back, he had won three matches and lost one, if he lost this one he would be at class C, Arthur raised his hand going for a vertical slash and the boy went for a horizontal slash but Arthur jumped back and went in at full speed for a powerful swift attack, Arthur won his first match and a smile formed on his face but he remained focused, just like him all his opponents only had this match to be assigned a class.
At least I'm not in class F he thought to himself, the next match up once again was like before, Arthur's opponent was scared of his skill and slipped up allowing Arthur to gain another win, the next one was to hasty and Arthur was able to dodge and counter, by then the last two actually had skill as they attacked Arthur relentlessly pushing him back, Arthur was only able to block but soon lost the two matches.
With that concludes the final test, to the final two contestants your in class D he pointed to Arthur's opponent
