Cold rain falling and snow flurries are all around,
But I can't seem to forget you on this winter day.
I see your shadow in the bright moonlight,
My heart aches as I walk the cold earth alone.
I have so many words I want to share but I can't,
So instead of words I'll whisper the sound of my love into the wind,
And hope that one day it reaches your ears and melts your frozen heart.
The cold wind blows, my heart aches with worry,
Missing you in your faraway home,
The rain outside pours like tears
While I sit here thinking about us.
I dream of you every night
I call your name, hoping for an answer
But the wind carries away my voice
And you remain far from here.
My tears fall to the ground,
And disappear with the passing wind
Leaving only an empty feeling,
And longing for your love again.
It was not meant to be, yet my heart still loves you,
Always and forever.
I see the falling snowflakes in the winter sky,
And the cold darkness of the night
My heart is filled with a tender warmth,
As I see your gentle smile.
The wind blows softly and sweetly,
As I hear the gentle echoes of our voices in the night.
The song of the nightingale fills the air,
As I look at the moonlight in the sky.
I am wrapped in the night,
In this gentle and wonderful atmosphere.
It's as if you are by my side,
And my heart beats for you alone.
I stand in the winter chill,
Surrounded by falling snowflakes.
I take in the silence and solitude of this winter's night.
I close my eyes and see your smile in my heart and my thoughts.
The falling snow reminds me of your beautiful and delicate nature.
As I stand here in this winter's night,
I cannot help but think of you and our love.
This winter's night is so peaceful and tranquil,
It reminds me of the serene and quiet feeling I feel when I think of us together.
