The old man slowly turned his head to watch a thirty-year-old man playing in front of the door with a four- or five-year-old child. The harmonious tenderness between them made it impossible not to believe in the deep bond between father and son.
"Andrew, you got off work so early today!"
Hearing the old man, the man raised his head, revealing a sunny smile. He didn't look like a father at all.
"Yeah, the company wasn't busy today!"
The old man watched Andrew Lee continue to play with the child, a faint smile on his face. Beneath the smile, there seemed to be unspoken words.
The sound of a car horn from not far away caught everyone's attention. A taxi stopped right in front of Andrew Lee. Emma Smith paid and got out.
Andrew Lee stood up, and the child who was just playing happily ran happily toward Emma Smith: "Mom, you're back!"
Emma picked up the child smoothly: "Was Tommy well-behaved today?"
